| Purpose:to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis by Meta analysis.To provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical application and promotion of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:In this study,scientific retrieval strategies are formulated,the inclusion and exclusion criteria of literature are strictly restricted,and the methods of searching electronic literature databases such as CBM?CNKI?VIP?PubMed and Wanfang manual retrieval methods of reference documents are used.Literature related to the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis with traditional Chinese patent medicine was retrieved.The quality of the literature was evaluated by using the "bias risk Assessment tool" recommended by Cochrane Cooperative Network.The Meta analysis was carried out with Review Manager 5.3 statistical software.Results:A total of 12 articles including 1051 cases were included,including 599 cases in the trial group and 452 cases in the control group.The results of meta-analysis were as follows:Comparison of traditional Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis compared with conventional western medicine: in improving the clinical efficacy of chronic atrophic gastritis,the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant;In improving the curative effect of endoscopy and pathology of precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis,the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.In improving the effect of granular hyperplasia and bile regurgitation in gastric mirror image of chronic atrophic gastritis,the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Effect of hyperemia and edema on gastric mirror mucosa in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis precancerous lesions: efficacy of the trial group For the control group,there was no obvious advantage,the difference was not statistically significant.The adverse reactions were observed in 1051 cases,of which only60 cases were observed,and no adverse reactions were observed in the experimental group and the control group,while no observation was made in the other studies.Conclusion : The efficacy of traditional Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis is better than that of conventional western medicine in clinical efficacy,gastroscopy and pathological effect,and the curative effect of granule hyperplasia and bile regurgitation under gastric mirror image.However,there was no significant difference between traditional Chinese medicine and conventional western medicine in treating hyperemia and edema of mucosa under gastroscope. |
