Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Tuberculous Pleurisy With Compound Liuju Capsule Combined With Antituberculosis Drugs

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of compound Liu Ju capsule and anti tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy,and explore the method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Method:From December 2015 to December 2017 by the hospital admissions of 102 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group: the treatment group(n=51)by Fufang Liuju capsule combined with anti tuberculosis medicine treatment,the control group(n=51)by Prednisone Acetate Tablets combined with anti tuberculosis treatment.Observe the improvement of pieural effusion after treatment in the two groups,dan compare the indexes of pleural thickness and liver function abnormalities after treatment in the two groups.Result:After treatment,pleural thickess,pleural fluid daik zone,serum ADA,and serum CA125 were significantly better in the treatment group than in the controup,with significant differences between groups(P < 0.05).There were 6 cases of pleural adhesions in the treatment group and 16 cases of pleural adhesions in the control group.The differences between groups were significant(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 96.08%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.35%),and the difference between the groups was significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of liver dysfunction and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group were 5.88% and 3.92%,which were significantly lower than those in the control group 27.45% and 13.73%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Positive for tuberculous pleurisy patients with Fufang Liuju capsule combined with anti tuberculosis drug treatment,can promote the absorption of pleural effusion,effectively relieve drugs cause liver damage,reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,enhance the effect of disease control,help to improve the prognosis of patients,is worthy of promotion and reference.For tuberculous pleurisy patients with early regular anti tuberculosis treatment to treat JiaoMu Gualou decoction can effectively extract the pleural effusion,using appropriate hormone,the pleural thickening and adhesion to reduce as much as possible,and to the extent of the damage of lung function improved,avoiding the formation of empyema,lung disease,reduce the incidence of tuberculosis,clinical treatment effect,in line with the development concept of Chinese medical service,can be used widely in clinical field.
