Objective: The double evidence research method of combining relic with literature were used to research the suspected acupuncture points on the hand Three Yin Meridians of hand in the lacquer figure with meridian-points marked of the Han dynasty unearthed in Laoguanshan,to determine the number,location,unitary,naming and distribution of the suspected acupuncture points so as to explore its academic value.Methods: 1.As more as possible to get related information about lacquer figure with meridian points marked of the Han dynasty unearthed in Laoguanshan and to collect acupuncture points related to text and images in ancient and modern literature so as to establish the ancient literature database and modern literature database on the acupoints on the three Yin Meridians of Hand.2.Comparing the acupoints in the lacquer figure with meridian-points marked of the Han dynasty unearthed in Laoguanshan with Huang Di Nei Jing,Nan Jing,A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.To explore the cultural relics and academic value of the lacquer figure with meridian-points marked of the Han dynasty unearthed in Laoguanshan.Results: 1.152 integrated and detailed photographs about the lacquer figure with meridian points marked of the Han dynasty unearthed in Laoguanshan and 29 ancient and 112 modern literatures have been got,the "ancient literature database" and "modern literature database " were established.2.Textual research the suspected acupuncture point in the lacquer figure with meridian-points marked of the Han dynasty unearthed in Laoguanshan in Chengdu,and found similar point acupoints in 106,among them in the hand three yin meridians,a total of 10.Including 2 on the right lung meridian,1 on the left lung meridian,2 on the right hand jue yin meridian,1 on the left hand jue yin meridian,each 2 on the left and right hand shaoyin meridian.Conclusions: 1.The lacquer figure with meridian-points marked of the Han dynasty unearthed in Laoguanshan is the earliest and most intact lacquer figure with meridian-points marked found in China so far.The formation and origin of acupoints has its complicated factors,The unearthed of the lacquer figure with meridian points marked of the Han dynasty unearthed in Laoguanshan has filled the gaps between the period of Silk Manuscripts and Huangdi Neijing in history.2.The lacquer figure with meridian-points marked of the Han dynasty unearthed in Laoguanshan plays an important complementary role to explore the relationship between the acupoints and meridians,the early formation of acupuncture points,and the change of therapeutic effect.
