?Objective?1.On the basis of WHO definition of health,International Classification of Functioning,Disability,and Health as the theoretical analysis framework,and construct a unified,normative and feasible evaluation system for the elderly health.2.Based on the evaluation system for the elderly health to prepare the scale,and test the reliability of the evaluation system constructed in this study.3.This system was applied to the elderly population with hypertension to evaluate the effect of the exercise regimen on the health level of the elderly in the program of integrated traditional and western medicine,and to validate the effectiveness of the evaluation system again.4.Provide new tools for old-age caregivers to improve care and improve the quality of care for the elderly and promote the development of old-age care based on the evaluation results.?Methods?1.Literature review: systematic review of literatures,build health assessment of elderly health system based on guiding theory and related indicators.2.Delphi method: through two rounds of expert advice,determine the evaluation index and prepare Elderly Health Status Questionnaire.3.Survey method: 114 old people in Chengdu were investigated,and the reliability of the Elderly Health Status Questionnaire was verified by item analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis.4.Empirical study: 80 elderly people were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group was cared by exercise intervention.3 months later,evaluate the effection.?Results?1.This study constructs the framework and index of the health evaluation system for the elderly in China.Including a total of 79 measurable indicators in 8 dimensions of physical health,mental health and social adaptation.2.Two rounds of expert consultation,determine the total of 64 three-level indicators According to the operational definition of three indicators developed the " Elderly Health Status Questionnaire " successfully.3.Through the questionnaire entry analysis,the Cronbach ? coefficient was 0.963,the half-reliability was 0.82,the validity index of each item was 0.52 ~ 1.0.4.In the empirical study,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups before.After intervention,the difference of the two groups in the Elderly Health Status Questionnaire,MUNSH scale was statistically significant(P?0.05).?Conclusion?1.The evaluation system of health status of the elderly was constructed,and completed the "old age health questionnaire" preparation.2.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.3.Health exercise is conducive to elderly patients with high blood pressure control of blood pressure,can promote the physical and mental health of elderly people with hypertension.
