Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer With Anxiety And Depression By Shugan Jianpi Method

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of Shugan Jianpi and conventional western medicine on the treatment of peptic ulcer with anxiety and depression in patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency.The clinical efficacy and safety of depression,highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for the majority of peptic ulcer patients with anxiety and depression to provide a convenient,safe and practical treatment,and to promote its clinical further application.Method:Using randomized,controlled clinical research method,would be in a condition of peptic ulcer patients with anxiety depression status change the card with 64 cases,randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases).The treatment group was treated with digestive ulcer Western medicine combined with Jiawei Shenlingbaizhi Powder(Shenlingbaizhu San and Xiaoyaosan),and the control group was treated with digestive ulcer Western medicine basic therapy Fluphenazine tromethazine tablets.Two groups of a course of 12 weeks.Record each group before and after treatment the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine syndrome integral,the results of gastroscope and treatment before and 4weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks of HAMA and HAMD rating scale,ulcer recurrence rate and adverse events.The SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data,and then the clinical treatment effect of each group was discussed in depth to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Result:1.The curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment: treatment group:clinical healing in 2 cases,15 cases had marked effect,11 cases were effectively,4had no effect,the total effective rate was 87.5%;Control group: clinical cure 0 cases,9 cases had marked effect,effectively and 17 cases,6 cases were invalid,the totaleffective rate was 81.25%;Two groups of patients with clinical efficacy compared statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.2.Two groups of patients with total score of syndromes,and the comparison of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine: two groups of patients with TCM syndrome total integral are statistically significant(P < 0.05).Two groups of patients in improving patients with epigastric pain frequency,duration of epigastric pain,degree of epigastric pain,epigastric pain affects the working life,nausea vomiting,dry mouth,bitter mouth,belching,heave a deep sigh,fatigue weakness,sallow complexion,loose stool pond side is all statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group were superior to the control group.3.There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups(P> 0.05),but the recurrence rate of ulcer after 3 months of treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Two groups of patients in terms of HAMA and HAMD scores,comparison between the group 4 weeks after treatment,there were no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),but the way the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),and the two groups after treatment of 4 weeks HAMA and HAMD scores were lower than before treatment.There were significant differences in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups at 8 and 12 weeks after treatment(P <0.05),and the scores of HAMA and HAMD were lower in the two groups after 8 weeks and 12 weeks Before treatment.Two groups of treatment of 12 weekend HAMA and HAMD rating scale effect points rate level,with significant difference statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment group is higher than the control group.Conclusion:Both groups can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with peptic ulcer with anxiety and depression,and reduce the HAMD and HAMA scales.However,the effect of Shugan Jianpi method is more obvious and good security,recurrence rate is lower,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
