The Clinical Research Of Different Formulations Caishao Guixiong San In Treating Of Primary Dysmenorrhea (Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis)

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Chaishaoguixiong san with ear acupuncture and moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Through the experiment,it provided a treatment plan for patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,in the Professor Wei Shaobing’s outpatient in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from March 2016 to March 2017,30 patients met the diagnostic criteria as the research objects.The patients were treated by modified Chaishaoguixiong decoction with ear acupuncture and moxibustion for 3menstrual cycles.The curative effect scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were calculated.Result:(1)The VAS scale effect of dysmenorrhea: the cure rate was 33.33%,the marked effective rate was 30%,the effective rate was 26.67%,the total effective rate was90.00%.The VAS score of after treatment significantly descended with statistical significance(P< 0.05).(2)TCM syndrome effect: the cure rate was 20%,the marked effective rate was 23.33%,the effective rate was 53.33%,the total effective rate was 96.67%.The TCM syndrome of after treatment improved obviously with statistical significance(P< 0.05).Main symptoms score comparison of before treatment and after treatment: dysmenorrhea of after the treatment relieved,duration of dysmenorrhea shortened and premenstrual and menstrual lower abdominal distension and stabbing pain lightened with statistical significance(P< 0.05).Secondary symptoms score comparison of before treatment and after treatment: the symptoms of irritable,premenstrual breast distension,more or less mens quantity,impeded discharge of mens and dark purple mens with clots improved with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)symptoms of the CMSS scale :(1)Onset time of the symptoms of the CMSS scale: the onset time of abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,anorexia,headache,back pain,tiredness,dizziness,facial complexion change,depression and irritability apparently improved with statistical significance(P< 0.05).But leg pain,stomachache,flushed face,insomnia,systemic pain and neurosis had no obvious improvement without statistical significance(P> 0.05).(2)Severity degree of the symptoms of the CMSS scale: abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,anorexia,headache,back pain,tiredness,dizziness,diarrhea,facial complexion change,insomnia,systemic pain,depression,irritability significantly improved with statistical significance(P<0.05).But leg pain,stomachache,flushed face and neurosis severity degree had no obvious improved without statistical significance(P> 0.05).Conclusion: The study,applying modified chaishao guixiong san with ear acupuncture and moxibustion,is to treat primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)three menstrual cycle later.(1)After the VAS scale effect of dysmenorrhea,the symptoms were lightened.(2)After the TCM syndrome effect,the symptoms were significantly improved,especially the main symptom-dysmenorrhea of after the treatment relieved,duration of dysmenorrhea shortened and premenstrual and menstrual lower abdominal distension and stabbing pain lightened,and the secondary symptoms-premenstrual irritability,prementrual breast distension,sometimes many sometimes scanty menstrual quantity,unsmooth menstruation,dark purple color with clots were all relieved.(3)After the CMSS scale,the symptoms became better.The onset time of CMSS scale:abdominal pain,nausea,vomitting,anorexia,headache,backache,fatigue,dizziness,diarrhea,facial complexion change,depression,irritability all these symptoms were lightened.Severity degree of the symptoms of the CMSS scale: abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,anorexia,headache,back pain,tiredness,dizziness,diarrhea,facial complexion change,insomnia,systemic pain,depression,irritability significantly improved.(4)The longer process of the disease is,the worse effect of analgesia and TCM syndrome.But age is not related to the effect of analgesia and TCM syndrome.
