AimEstablish the rat model of acute radiation pneumonitis,take sang xing Lung-Protection Particles as intervention approach,to observe the pathologic morphology changes of lung tissue and the level changes of cytokines interleukin-6?IL-6?,interleukin-10?IL-10?,tumor necrosis factor-??TNF-??,to evalute the effection of sang xing Lung-Protection Particles.MethodsExcept 24 rats in black control group,dividing 120 male SD rats the weight between200±20g into 5 groups in random:model group,prednisone treatment group,sang xing Lung-Protection Particles?high-dose group,medial-dose group,low-dose group?,there were 24 rats in each group,except black control group,other groups were given chest X-ray single-wide exposure 14Gy,After molding 24h,giving the rats corresponding treatment:giving 10ml/d normal saline to black control group and model group,3.125mg/kg/dprednisone to prednisone treatment group.Each group sacrificed 8rats at 4th,8th,12thh week,acquired lung tissue and blood from heart under 10%chloral hydrate anesthesia.Observed by ELISA assay of serum IL-6,IL-10,TNF-?content;and HE was used to evaluate the changing of pathological morphology from lung tissue.Results1.pulmonary tissue slices:The lung tissue structure of black control group is clear,compared with model group,sang xing Lung-Protection Particles groups and prednisone treatment group are lesser about alveolar congestion,exudation,bleeding;sang xing Lung-Protection Particles groups were higher than prednisone treatment group,but lower than model group in alveolar inflammation pathological grading?p<0.05?;2.Compared with black control group,the levels of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-?were all increased,model group was the highest,sang xing Lung-Protection Particles groups were lower than model group?p<0.05?.ConclusionSang xing Lung-Protection Particles can decrease the levels of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-?,improve the pathologic morphology changes of lung tissue,has therapeutic effect on RP.
