Study On The Situation And The Users' Demands Of Chronic Disease Management Application In Guangzhou

Objective: The development of chronic disease management APPlication(APP)has become the trend of the times,but the development level of slow disease management APP in our country is still in the initial stage compared with foreign countries.In order to promote the development of related industries,it is necessary to develop and popularize the slow disease management APP.The purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of the APPlication and users' demands of APP in Guangzhou,and to provide practical suggestions for the development of this kind of APP.Methods : From June to October 2017,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate and analyze the APPlication status and user demand of chronic APP in 279 patients with chronic diseases in Guangzhou(taking hypertension as an example).25 community health service workers were selected for in-depth interviews to explore the status quo and needs analysis of APP in chronic disease management,from Guangzhou community in the first part of this study by using convenience sampling method.SWOT analysis was adopted to analyze and summarize the development trend and countermeasures of APP in Guangzhou.Results:1.We found the utilization rate of hypertension management APP in Guangzhou was 71.7%,and the usage rate in married persons was higher than that in non-married women(P<0.05),and for the patients with an average monthly income of 5 000 to 10 000 yuan,the utilization rate of hypertension management APP was higher than that of hypertension(P<0.05).Sex was the independent factor influencing the use of hypertension management APP,and the tendency of male users to use is lower than that of female users(OR=0.378,95%CI=0.215-0.664).The proportion of patients' cognition of each functional link of hypertension management APP was more than 70.0%.The users' demand was to embed the design idea into the whole service flow of hypertension management and make use of it as a function supplement.Integrate the design idea of fragmentation time,simplify the interface and improve the practicability of APP.2.The rate of use of chronic APP for community health service workers was 25.0%.Only 7 patients were using the relevant APP 16.0% of the respondents said they had never used the APP and did not intend to try it for the time being.According to the analysis of users' needs,In the R & D process of chronic disease management APP,we need multi-team cooperation,attach importance to technological innovation,and constantly optimize existing functions.3.The incidence of APP in management of chronic diseases exhibition strategy: pay attention to the introduction of innovative talents,to seek common development through multi-party cooperation,to turn competition into help,to take medical personnel as a breakthrough point,to cooperate with hospitals,to attach importance to the elderly patients as a large user group;Gradually form a comprehensive and meticulous system of legal norms.Conclusions:1.The utilization rate of hypertension APP in Guangzhou is high,but the needs of users need to be further satisfied.According to the results of this study on APP of hypertension management,APP developers of chronic disease management take into account the gender,average monthly income and marital status of users,etc.With a view to providing users with better quality chronic disease management services.2.The utilization rate of APP in chronic disease management of community health service workers in Guangzhou was low.Through user demand analysis,it is suggested that this kind of APP should improve the basic function of chronic disease management in the process of R & D,attach importance to the technological innovation of APP,improve the quality of humanized service,attach importance to the health education of patients with chronic diseases and the continuing education of medical personnel.3.The current chronic disease management APP can not meet the most practical and urgent needs of users.Developers need to optimize this kind of APP from the aspects of technological innovation,service objects,industry specifications,and provide users with better quality and more practical chronic disease management services.
