Objective:Retrospective analysis the concomitant diseases and related risk factors in patients with atrial fibrillation in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of atrial fibrillation and the difference between them combined with relevant literature.Methods:1.Collect the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,Department of Cardiology 2016-2017 hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation in 550 cases, statistics selected patients basic information:gender, age, height, weight, and associated diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, rtheumatic heart disease, valvular heart disease, sick sinus syndrome, hyperthyroidism, obstructive sleep apnea, with the average value of calculating the percentage of disease and age, sex, body mass index.2.According to the types of atrial fibrillation,it is divided into three groups:paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, persistent atrial fibrillation, and permanent atrial fibrillation. The percentage of all the accompanying diseases in the three groups and the average age,sex and body mass index were calculated respectively, and the relationship between them and the types of atrial fibrillation was analyzed.3.Statistical method:using SPSS20.0 statistical software to analyze.Quantitative data(age and body mass index)were expressed by mean±standard deviation.A single factor ANOVA was used between the three groups. When the parameters were not satisfied, the non parametric test was used. The count data were expressed as percent(%),and the Pearson chi square test was used, and the difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Results:This study selected a total of 550 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation, the average age of all patients was 72.7±10.9 years,of which more than 65 years old in 419cases(76.2%),a total of 299 male patients(54.4%),body mass index(BMI)average of23.9+3.6kg/m~2.Atrial fibrillation is often associated with the following diseases, including hypertension 64.4%,coronary heart disease(CHD)45.5%,heart failure(HF)35.6%,diabetes(DM)21.3%,valvular heart disease(VHD)17.6%,patients with chronic obstructivepulmonarydisease(COPD)12.5%,rheumaticheartdisease(RHD)12.4%,expansion cardiomyopathy(DCM)7.3%,sick sinus syndrome(SSS)4.5%,sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(SAHS)2.7%,hyperthyroidism is 2%.Meanwhile,it was found that the age of patients increased from paroxysmal to persistent to AF,and the proportion of HF,VHD,RHD and COPD increased with the increase of AF typing, while the proportion of SSS gradually decreased.Conclusion:1.Patients with atrial fibrillation in China are often associated with many diseases, such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, heart failure, diabetes, valvular heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, hyperthyroidism,COPD and so on.2.The incidence of rheumatic heart disease has been decreasing with the development of economy and the improvement of medical level and the accelerated aging of population. The most common accompanying diseases of atrial fibrillation have become hypertension, coronary heart disease and other diseases.3.Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, persistent atrial fibrillation and permanent atrial fibrillation have an increasing trend in age,and there are differences in the concomitant diseases. But in general, hypertension, coronary heart disease, heart failure and diabetes account for a large proportion.
