Clinical Observation Of Zhibai Dihuang Pills Combined With Triptorelin Acetate In Treatment Of Central Precocious Puberty In Female Children

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Zhibai Dihuang Pills combined with triptorelin acetate in treatment of central precocious puberty female children with Yin Deficiency Caused Fire Hyperactivity Syndrome.Methods:Female children?76 cases?of central precocious puberty in line with Yin Deficiency Caused Fire Hyperactivity Syndrome in Baoding Children's Hospital from March 2015 to January 2017 were divided at random into the control group with the treatment of triptorelin acetate?40 cases?and treatment group combined with the treatment of triptorelin acetate and Zhibai Dihuang Pills?36cases?according to different treatment.The diagnostic criteria is up to diagnosis and treatment guidelines?on trail?which is published by Ministry of Health 2010.Compare the two groups'data of the size of the uterus and ovaries,bone age,growth rate and sex hormone levels,and observe the two groups'children for adverse reaction to this procedure.Result:1.After 6 month treatment,the sex hormone levels and the growth rate?cm/3months,cm/6months?of the treatment group were lower than the control group,the LH level and the growth rate?cm/6months?was statistically significant compared with the control group?P<0.05?.2.After 6 months treatment,the treatment group of Ht SDS_BA increased compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?,suggesting bone age growth slowed,but still able to maintain a certain growth rate.It was suggested that the treatment group had an advantage in height age to bone age.Conclusions:The research shows that central precocious puberty female children of Yin Deficiency Caused Fire Hyperactivity Syndrome with the treatment of triptorelin acetate and Zhibai Dihuang Pills has an significant effect.The treatment can restrain precocity symptom and after the follow-up visit,there isn't untoward effect.However,whether it is worth the clinical application,a randomized controlled study of multicentre and large samples still need to be confirmed in the future.
