Aim:this article aims to provide new and feasible therapy for postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction of colorectal cancer,by evaluating the clinical efficacy of hand acupoint massage in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function after colorectal cancer resection. Methods:totally 60 qualified cases diagnosed with gastrointestinal dysfunction after colorectal cancer surgery were taken into the research, they were assigned to the treatment group(30 cases)or the control group(30cases)at random.the patients in the control group received routine nursing, while those in the treatment group were supplied with hand point massage in addition to basic nursing.take bilateral acupoints(spleen point, gastrointestinal point, large intestine point)to rub,3 minutes for each point, totally repeated 3 times,3 times a day,5 days of one course.End the trial,if the therapy didn't work out after a course.Observe and record the first anal exhaust time, the first anal defecation time, abdominal pain score and gastrointestinal reaction score and other indicators, analyze these data and estimate the therapeutic effect.Results:1.post operative anal aerofluxus:the treatment group takes shorter time in first aerofluxus than the control group, and there was obvious difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.post operative anal defecation:the treatment group takes shorter time in first anal defecation than the control group, and there was obvious difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Abdominal distension score(1)intra-group comparison:compare the scores of postoperative day 1,3,5 with each specific point-in-time before, there were obvious difference in both groups(P<0.05).(2)comparison among groups:before the treatment and on the postoperative day 1,there were no big difference between the two groups(P>0.05);on the postoperative day 3 and 5,the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.Gastrointestinal reaction score(1)intra-group comparison:compare day 1 with treatment before, day 5 with day 3,there were no big difference in the treatment group(P>0.05).compare day 3 with day 1,day 5 with treatment before, there were obvious difference(P<0.05).in the control group, there were no significant difference in all points-in-time comparison(P>0.05).(2)comparison among groups:before the treatment and on the postoperative day 3,the treatment group was obviously inferior to the control group(P<0.05)on the postoperative day 1 and day 5,there were no big difference between the two groups(P>0.05),we think that the treatment group may get lower score in gastrointestinal reaction score than the control group in the future by judging the trend of scores.Conclusion:1.In promoting anal exhaust defecation of colorectal cancer patients after surgery, the hand point massage method has a good clinical effect.2.For postoperative patients with colorectal cancer, the hand point massage is effective in relieving with abdominal pain, but in reducing gastrointestinal react ion,it has no advantage. In summary, through clinical observation, the clinical curative effect of hand point massage method in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function after colorectal cancer surgery has been the role of preliminary verification. And it is economical, safe, easy to operate,no side effects, etc. It will be a new kind of therapeutic way for patients who have gastrointestinal dysfunction after operation of colorectal cancer.
