| Objective:In this study,adult patients with knee synovitis were observed,objective to observe the clinical effect of needle warming moxibustion treatment of adult knee joint synovitis and moxibustion 1 strong 2 strong,to explore the dose effect relationship of moxibustion,to provide clinical basis for needle warming moxibustion treatment of knee joint synovitis,improve the curative effect of moxibustion and application in clinic.Methods:Methods 60 cases of adult patients with knee joint synovitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table,each group had a total of 30 cases.Needle warming moxibustion and acupoint selection:neixiyan,waixiyan.The treatment group: conventional acupuncture + neixiyan,waixiyan,the control group: conventional acupuncture +neixiyan of the 1 strong(first),waixiyan of the 1 strong(after).Once a day,5 times a week,10 times for a course of treatment,observed a total of two courses.Results:(1)The treatment group 4 cases were cured,17 cases markedly effective,effective 6cases,invalid 2 cases,control group 2 cases were cured,12 cases markedly effective,11 cases,5 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate of treatment group 93.1%,control group total effective rate was 83.3%,there was significant difference between two groups((P<0.05),the treatment group than the the overall effect of the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant((P<0.05).The overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)The two groups in swelling and floating patella test,knee circumference,pain rating score before treatment,the rank test(P>0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the two groups before treatment with clinical symptom score were comparable.(3)At the end of the two groups after 1 courses of treatment and after treatment were compared in the group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups after treatment,swelling test,floating patella knee circumference,VAS and WOMAC scores were significantly lower,showed that the two groups after treatment of knee joint swelling,pain,joint activities such as the symptoms were obviously improved.(4)At the end of the two groups after 1 courses of treatment and after treatment between the two groups,except after 1 courses of treatment,two groups of WOMAC score between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),more than the comparison between groups had significant difference(P<0.05),but the WOMAC score change trend of treatment group inclination is larger than that in the control group.The results showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the improvement of symptoms such as pain,swelling and activity.Conclusion:(1)Needle warming moxibustion treatment of knee joint synovitis two groups have achieved good results,the two groups of patients with pain relief,swelling degree,joint activity function has been improved.It shows that warm acupuncture has definite effect on the treatment of knee joint synovitis.(2)The efficacy of the treatment group than the control group,showed that the increase of quantity of moxibustion is more easily excited by the gas transmission effect,improve the clinical efficacy of Moxibustion. |
