Study On The Uncertainty In Illness And Its Correlation With TCM Syndromes Of Disease With The Outpatients Of Ophthalmology

Objective:This study aims to survey the ophthalmic patients illness uncertainty and level factors describing the influence of uncertainty in illness,disease of ophthalmic outpatient uncertainty and the relationship of Chinese medicine from liver syndrome differentiation eye,summarize its law,provide the reference value for all kinds of clinical disease differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.method:Included in the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of 303 patients completed the questionnaire.The questionnaire included general situation of outpatients with the questionnaire and related information,Chinese version of the Mishel uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS).Statistical analysis of data using statistical software SPSS19.0,statistical methods included descriptive statistics,t test,variance analysis(ANOVA)and regression analysis.result:1.The score of disease uncertainty in patients with ophthalmology was(80.51±15.374),which was at medium and high level.2.Among the patients with eye diseases,89.44% were related to the liver,accounting for a large proportion.3.There were significant differences in the scores of patients with different ages,sex,place of residence,occupation,disease,visual acuity,intraocular pressure,past history,educational level and TCM syndromes(P <0.05);There were no significant differences in the scores of disease uncertainty among patients with different marital status,course of disease and disease(P> 0.05).4.Regression analysis showed that the 3 variables,such as educational level,intraocular pressure and TCM syndrome,were the main factors affecting the level of uncertainty.Conclusion:1.disease uncertainty in the ophthalmology outpatient prevalence,and mostpatients in the high level.2.the degree of education and intraocular pressure is the main factor affecting the disease uncertainty,and eye disease outpatient disease uncertainty and TCM syndrome type is closely related.3.compared with the general population,female patients,farmers,combined with other patients,living in rural areas,elderly patients and glaucoma patients with a higher degree of uncertainty4.sick eye,course and marital status and ophthalmology outpatient disease has nothing to do with the uncertainty of the disease;5.the degree of disease uncertainty is the most obvious type of syndrome is Yin Huo-wang group,anger on the inflammation group,liver qi stagnation and qi stagnation blood stasis group.This conclusion and the motherland medicine "liver main catharsis,Changqingqing" is not contrary.
