Clinical Study "Gathering In The Stomach And The Lung" Theory Of Chronic Cough With TCM Syndrome

Objective:According to the theory of"gathering in the stomach and the lung",analyzed the type of TCM syndromes and the distribution characteristics of the disease in chronic cough patients have/not have with stomach symptoms.Methods:The Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM,Department of respiration outpatient and inpatient Department collected 150 cases of chronic cough patients,divided into stomach symptoms and without stomach symptoms in 2 groups,collected general symptoms and the clinical symptoms of lung and stomach,using Excel 2010 to collect information,and use the statistical software SPSS21.0 were compared between 2 groups of TCM syndrome type and the relationship between the disease.Result:The 150 case of patients,have 67 patients with stomach symptoms of chronic cough,and83 patients without have stomach symptoms.The most common gastric disease in this study is chronic non atrophic gastritis,in order to have the course of gastric disease in 1-5 years.Chronic cough patients females more than with men,31-60 years old for chronic cough multiple age;course of disease for 8 weeks to 1 year.;the most of symptoms have cough,semi sputum,sputum white matter,viscosity,less the amount of sputum,cough spit more difficult,low voice,pink tongue with thin white fur,slippery thready rapid pulse,the other symptoms less than.Syndrome factors X~2=10.503,P<0.05 Syndrome factors are different between 2 groups while there is difference in the nature,Further analysis showed that have gastric symptoms of patients with of lung Yin deficiency,have not gastric symptoms of patients with lung qi deficiency.The location are different between 2 groups while there is difference,the location of a chronic cough have gastric symptoms is in the stomach,the spleen and the lung,the location of a chronic cough have not gastric symptoms is in the lung.Conclusion:“The lung and stomach theory”is proved that possess itself of modern clinical guidance significance to the chronic cough.Have certain influence on the distribution of TCM Syndromes,have gastric symptoms of patients with of lung Yin deficiency,have not gastric symptoms of patients with lung qi deficiency.The location of a chronic cough have gastric symptoms is mainly in the stomach,the spleen and the lung.The location of a chronic cough have not gastric symptoms is mainly in the lung.It shows that the relationship between the spleen and stomach is the most closely related to the chronic cough,chronic cough is most closely related to the spleen,stomach and lung...
