Acupuncture And Auricular Points Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Study On Individualized Dynamic Therapy For Intervention Of CVS

Objective: In this study,compared with the positive control drug Qiye Digitalis double-glycoside eye drops,acupuncture,auricular points,and traditional Chinese medicine were combined to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with Liver-kidney Yin-deficiency Syndrome,and explore its mechanisms to provide a new idea and method for the comprehensive treatment of Liver-kidney Yin-deficiency Syndrome with Video Terminal Syndrome.Methods: Sixty patients(120 eyes)with CVS were collected according to the criteria of inclusion and elimination in the outpatient clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Chengdu),the patients were collected according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion.Experimental Group was given acupuncture,Liu Wei Di Huang Wan and auricular acupressure therapy.The Experimental Group was given Qiye Digitalis double-glycoside eye drops for 4 weeks.To observe the changes of eye and self-conscious Symptom score before and after treatment,visual duration,short-range eye time,tear film break-up time,corneal fluorescence staining score,schirmer I test,intraocular pressure and so on.Resuilts: 1.The patients were aged between 15 and 65 years of age,mostly aged between 20 and 28 years of age,with non-physical occupations.The Age and sex difference of the patients was not significant(p <0.05),and there's a comparison between groups.2.Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(p < 0.05),such as tear film break-up time,schirmer I test,corneal fluorescence staining score,Intraocular pressure,visual persistence,clinical symptom integral of TCM and Western medicine.It is suggested that the above-mentioned test indexes and the symptom integral of TCM and Western medicine are comparable before treatment.3.After treatment,tear film break-up time,schirmer I test,corneal fluorescence staining score,Intraocular pressure,visual persistence,clinical symptom integral of TCM and Western medicine were better than those in control group(p < 0.05)The difference of intraocular pressure after treatment was not statistically significant(p >0.05).4.Clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese Medicine: 30 patients in experimental group,8 cases cured,13 remarkably effective,5 effective,30 control,5 cured,8 remarkably effective,7 effective,66.67% total effective rate.The Difference of Clinical Curative effect between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(p <0.05).The experimental group was superior to the Control Group.5.Clinical Curative Effect of Western Medicine: 30 cases in experimental group,6 cases cured,13 remarkably effective,8 effective,total effective rate 83.33%,control group 30 cases,cure 4 cases,apparent effect 8 cases,effective 7 cases,total effective rate 63.33%.The Difference of Clinical Curative effect between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).The experimental group was superior to the Control Group.It can be seen that acupuncture auricular points combined with Chinese medicine and Qiye Yangdihuang double-glycoside eye drops have certain curative effect on the liver and Kidney yin-deficiency type CVS.Acupuncture and auricular points combined with traditional Chinese medicine are more beneficial to the eyes of the Qiye Yangdihuang double-glycoside eye drops.Conclusion:Acupuncture and auricular points combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Qiye Yangdihuang double-glycoside eye drops in the treatment of liver and Kidney Yin deficiency type CVS,which can improve the symptoms of eyes and whole body,after treatment,visual persistence,tear film break-up time,schirmer I test,corneal fluorescence staining score,clinical symptom integral of TCM and Western medicine are all better than before,the eye pressure is not obvious change.The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and auricular points combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of visual fatigue is superior to that of Qiye digitalis double-side eye drops,which can be used as an effective method in the treatment of liver-kidney Yin deficiency.
