| Research Background:Chronic heart failure(CHF)is one of the cardiovascular diseases.It is the final destination of most heart diseases and the main cause of death.Its high morbidity and mortality cause great challenges to human health risk.How to prevent and cure chronic heart failure is an important problem to the medical profession,the medical profession in recent years has been a lot of research on chronic heart failure and clinical observation,along with the development of evidence-based medicine for the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure has made great progress.At present,there is no clear theoretical standard for the specific causes and pathogenesis of heart failure.It is found in clinical practice that Wen Yang Yang Qi therapy is not satisfied with the curative effect of chronic heart failure.According to the update of modern medical theory on heart failure and the combination with traditional Chinese medicine,it is concluded that heart Yang is exuberant and needs sufficient blood and blood.In order to nourish heart and blood as the main method,the minister nourishing qi and warming Yang,with Qi Qi stagnation as the treatment method,the group nourishing heart blood granule in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Objective:The clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of chronic heart failure through the Yang Xin Xue granule,in order to develop a set of feasible combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for chronic heart failure in patients with chronic heart failure,improve the symptoms,improve the quality of life,reduce the acute cardiovascular events associated with heart failure,reduce mortality and hospitalization rate,reduce the resulting family and social burden.Method:The project is a prospective,parallel controlled multicenter,randomized,double-blind study.It was completed in four sub centers of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital,traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University,Meishan traditional Chinese medicine hospital and Guangyuan TCM hospital.The patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups.The patients in the treatment group and the control group were given standard heart failure drug treatment.The patients in the treatment group were given the “Yang Xin Xue Granule” and the control group was given a placebo.Observation of patients with all-cause hospitalization,NYHA grading,heart failure,heart failure exacerbation of Minnesota quality of life scale,the 6 minute walk test distance and other indicators,using SPSS 22.0 software for statistical analysis of the data,to determine whether observed index was statistically significant.Results:A total of 90 patients were included in this study,including 43 in the treatment group,45 in the control group and 2 in shedding.Included in the study before the two groups in age,sex ratio,no statistically significant difference in general data of basic diseases and heart failure index,study showed that treatment group to build up particles compared with the control group,significantly reduce the number of acute exacerbation of heart failure(0.67 + 0.63 VS 1.02 + 0.70,P = 0.042),Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale score was lower(44.34 + 11.29 VS 39.09 + 14,P=0.045),NYHA grade improved(P < 0.05);and the cause of hospitalization,hospitalization time and clinical outcome compared with the control group showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Based on the current data,we believe that to build up particles on the treatment of chronic heart failure in heart failure,Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale score,NYHA grades have improved significantly,but for patients with all-cause hospitalization,total hospitalization time,6 minutes walking distance test and brain natriuretic peptide showed no significant improvement. |
