Objective:The aim of this study is to comparing targeted clinical efficacy of Zichong granule among Hospital preparations,cream formula and decoct with water,we can personally select the best dosage form,To guide the clinical medication.Method:1.Choose the high-aged women with infertility accompanied by follicular dysplasia patients from the affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during March,2017 to April,2018.?age?40 years old,AMH?0.05ng/ml?Using Infrared Thermal Imaging Scanner to do a dynamic,Each patient was given Zichong granule in Hospital granule preparations,cream formula and decoct with water.Each patient will be scanned 6 times before and after taking the doses at 30 min,70 min,100 min,130 min and l60 min respectively,and 12 images were collected,The interval between the taking dosage forms is 24 hours.The absolute calorific value and the background heat value for 26 locations in the head,torso,and limb are measured and retrospectively analyzed.2.The evaluation index is the relative heat value of each location?absolute heat value minus background heat value?.The difference between the relative heat value of each time point and the relative heat value of 0min were calculated for the three dosage forms of zichong granule,And draw the trend diagram,The drug strength of different dosage forms of zichong granule was analyzed by location comparison.3.According to the results of their respective infrared thermography screening,patients were given different dosage forms orally plus enema,and serum FSH,LH,E2,AMH,endometrium,bilateral ovary size,and follicle number were recorded before and after treatment.Result:1.In this study,a total of 5 elderly infertile follicular dysplasia patients,aged at least40 years,aged at most 48 years,average age at 44.4+3.08,mean course of disease 2.6+1.34 years,Three dosage forms of zichong granule were scanned for each person,18times for each person,90 times for dynamic infrared thermal imaging,26 locations were observed for each patient,and 2,340 locations were observed for each patient.2.ZCG is superior to the other two formulations in the lower abdomen,uterus,left accessory,Both kidneys,Du meridian,Ren meridian,bilateral mammary glands,precordial,bilateral rear feet and bilateral feet.ZCP is superior to the head,middle position,middle finger,right hand ring finger,better than the other two dosage forms.3.According to the infrared thermal imaging screening results,5 elderly infertile follicular dysplasia patients received oral administration of zichong granule with different dosage forms of enema,and the number of follicles increased in 5 of them,with the minimum increase of 0.01ng/ml,and the maximum increase of 0.21ng/ml.Conclusion:1.The Infrared Thermal Imaging Scan can be used as a method for evaluating the strength contrast of different formulations of Zichong Granules,and it is reproducible.2.Zichong granule can promote follicular development in elderly infertility patients and improve ovarian reserve function to a certain extent.3.The effect of Zichong granule of Hospital preparations on reproductive vegions is better than that of Decoction and cream formula.
