Objective:To understand the level of self-management behavior of patients with coronary heart disease(PCI).By implementing Teach-back in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)line of PCI therapy method,to evaluate Teach-back method on patient self-management behavior intervention effect, aimed at improving self-management behavior, reducing readmission rate and complications.Method:According to the method of random sampling, the two wards of the department of cardiology of a three level of first-class hospital in Shi he zi city were divided into the control group and the intervention group.A cluster sampling method was used to select 72 patients from each of the two ward areas according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. In the control group was used in the routine health method, and the intervention group used the Teach-back method. The intervention was divided into three phases:hospitalization, discharge first month, and third month of discharge.Preoperative day issue general information questionnaire and coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale, three months prior to the discharge of the return of coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale, compare the two groups before and after the intervention, the two groups after intervention self-management behavior score and total score and all dimensions in the two groups after intervention study.readmission rate and complications.Result:1 The average score of self-management behavior of patients with coronary heart disease(PCI)in preoperative management was(74.84 + 14.42),and the score index was 55.44%,which was below.2 The Coronary heart disease(CHD)line of PCI therapy in patients with preoperative self-management behavior of each dimension score from high to low in order from high to low in turn to bad habits(87.70%),general life management(58.00%),mood,cognitive(52.90%),emergency management(51.40%),treatment compliance management(47.07%),symptoms(45.30%),disease,knowledge management(39.48%).3 The intervention effect evaluation of the Teach-back method.(1)Baseline Survey Results: The differences of two groups' demographic characteristics data, disease state data, coronary heart disease self-management behavior scores were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(2)Comparison results of the two groups of patients before and after intervention: for the intervention group, before and after the intervention, the coronary heart disease self-management behavior total score(71.53±13.94;99.26±11.49)and each dimension scores were statistically significant(P <0.05);for the control group, before and after the intervention, the coronary heart disease self-management behavior total score(67.84±10.79;86.19±10.69)and each dimension scores were statistically significant(P <0.05).There was a significant difference between the total score of self-management behavior and the scores of all dimensions in the intervention group and the control group(P < 0.05).(3)After 3 months of intervention, the readmission rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Complications of the two groups were compared: no complications occurred in the intervention group,1 case of bleeding and subcutaneous hematoma in the control group, and 1 case of urinary retention. Conclusion :1 The self-management behavior of PCI patients with coronary heart disease needs further improvement.2 Both healthy education methods can improve patients' self-management behavior. The study subjects of the Teach-back method group increased their level of self-management behavior higher than the normal education group. The application of Teach-back method can improve patients' self-management behavior and reduce the readmission rate and complications.
