ObjectiveEstablishing the peer support content for fetal abnormal pregnant women,the effect of peer support on the psychological intervention of fetal abnormal pregnant women was explored,and the effect of “mutual aid platform” based on Internet were observed,which can provide practical basis to promote the psychological rehabilitation of fetal abnormal pregnant women.Methods1.The contents of peer support were reviewed through literature review.Meanwhile,a qualitative approach was applied through semi-structured interviews with 15 fetal abnormal pregnant women.The peer support content of fetal abnormal pregnant women were eventually determined based on discussion of the results of qualitative research on the attitude and the need for peer support in abnormal fetal maternal and which supplemented the literature review.2.Using the method of pilot study,the women with termination of pregnancy who were admitted to a certain level of first-class women's hospital in Zhejiang province from December,2016 to July,2017,were selected as the study subjects.Considering the object of study in the same ward can communicate with each other,in order to avoiding “continuation”,our six ordinary maternity ward was divided into two groups,namely: to produce two,four,six for a set of production,to produce three,five,seven as a group.One group was randomly selected as the experimental group and the other group was the control group.This study included in the standard of fetal anomaly,a total of 100 cases of pregnant women,to produce two,four,six,three production units,50 cases of test group to produce three,five,seven 3units of 50 cases as control group.The control group received routine care and WeChat follow-up after discharge.On the basis of routine nursing,the experimental group are provided peer support.All patients were investigated using general data Questionnaire,the Impact of Event Scale-Revised(IES-R)and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS)before intervention.After the intervention,the experimental group filled out the IES-R,EPDS scale and platform usage questionnaire,at the same time,the control group filled out the IES-R and EPDS scale.The effect of peer support on the psychological intervention of fetal abnormal pregnant women are analyzed.3.Statistical data processing: the quantitative data use SPSS22.0 statistical software to analysis.The data is subject to normal distribution,and the counting data is described by frequency and percentage.Using independent-sample t test comparing the difference between the two groups before and after the test score,paired sample t test comparing the difference between the two groups before and after each test score,all of the above tests were statistically significant with P value less than 0.05.The qualitative data use Colaizzi analysis methods.Results1.Through semi-structured interview,we learned the attitude and demand of fetalabnormal pregnant women for peer support.The attitude towards peer support included positive and uncertain attitude;The need for peer support included information,emotional and evaluation needs.2.Peer support content constructed in this study for fetal abnormal pregnant woman was centered around the pregnant woman demand of “Information,emotion and evaluation”,through the initial stage of admission,induced labor stage,before discharge and postpartum recovery 4 stages.3.Peer support intervention effect evaluation:before the intervention,there was no statistical difference in the scores of IES-R and EPDS of two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of IES-R and EPDS in the experimental group were significant lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups of IES-R and EPDS scores before and after the intervention(P <0.05).4.The use effect of mutual aid platform based on Internet: 47 patients in the experimental group,about 81.7% of maternal used one time at least every 2~ 3 d platform,about 89.4% of maternal each used for at least 15 min or more,about 76.6% of maternal think mutual platform concrete to give their help,about 78.7% of the maternal loved to experience the same with oneself maternal recommended the platform,and about 59.6% of pregnant women have had the will to become partner supporters of the platform in the future.The average activity of mutual aid platform was 52.3%.Conclusion:1.Fetal abnormal pregnant women have a demand from peer support in a certain degree,including information,emotion and evaluation needs.2.The peer support intervention can effectively reduce the level of post-traumatic stress disorder and improve the depressive,anxiety mood of fetal abnormal pregnant women.3.The “mutual aid platform” based on Internet which has been established in this research has a good usability and may be extended in the clinical promotion.
