Object: This experiment intends to explore the expressions of Fascin,Leptin,Ki-67 in the pituitary adenomas,and analyze their relationship with Knosp classification.Methods: We were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 60 sellar region tumors patients between June 2013 and February 2017.There were 7 cases of growth hormone pituitary adenoma,9 cases of prolactin pituitary adenoma,2 cases of ACTH pituitary adenoma,1 case of TSH pituitary adenoma,33 cases of mixed pituitary adenoma,8 cases of non-functional pituitary adenoma.Sixty pituitary adenoma paraffin blocks were divided into two groups:30 cases of invasive and non-invasive 30 cases.The expression of Fascin,Leptin,Ki-67 was detected by Envision method,using SPSS 20.0 software for data analysis the differences between the expression of three protein.Results: Statistical analysis showed that,there was no significant correlation between the expressions of Fascin,Leptin,ki-67 in the pituitary adenomas and the sex,age,tumor size,hormone type of patients.Immunohistochemical confirmed,Fascin staining was located in cytoplasm,there were significant correlation between the expression of Fascin in the Invasion pituitary adenomas and in the Non-invasion pituitary adenomas,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.01).Leptin is mainly characterized by cytoplasmic coloring,There were no significant correlation between the expression of Leptin in the invasion and non-invasion,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Ki-67 staining was located in nucleus,the Ki-67 LI was 3.9±1.88(± SD)in IPA and 1.6±0.73(± SD)in NIPA.There were significant correlation between the expression of Ki-67 in the Invasion pituitary adenomas and in the Non-invasion pituitary adenomas,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).And there were significant positive correlation between the expression of Fascin(r=0.366、p<0.01),Ki-67(r=0.454、p<0.01)and Knosp classification.Conclusions: There were significant correlation between the expression of Fascin,Ki-67 in the Invasion pituitary adenomas and in the Noninvasion pituitary adenomas,and there were significant positive correlation between the expression of Fascin,Ki-67 and Knosp classification.Prompt Fascin,Ki-67 protein are closely related to the invasive pituitary adenomas.
