| Objective: To explore the comprehensive intervention program for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)through clinical observation of sensory integration training combined with drug and behavioral therapy for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods: 80 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder were selected in our hospital.From January 2016 to January 2017,all the children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and the intervention course was 3 months.Both before and after treatment were used:1.sensory integration scale was used to assess sensory integration ability in children.It includes four aspects: vestibular imbalance,tactile overdefense,disturbance of proprioception,and lack of learning ability.Evaluation criteria: Standard >40 is normal,30~40 is mild maladjustment of sensory integration,20~30 is moderate disorder of sensory integration and <20 is severe disorder of sensory integration.2.Conners parents’ simple symptom questionnaire was used to investigate the hyperactivity index of the children.3.EEG biofeedback instrument was used for audio-visual integration continuity test to get comprehensive reaction control quotient and comprehensive attention quotient.The children in the control group were treated with drug and behavioral therapy.The children in the experimental group were treated with the same medicine and behavior treatment,and the children were trained with sensory integration.The course of treatment was 3 months.Drug treatment: the central stimulant methylphenidate short acting preparation(Ritalin)0.3-0.7mg/kg/d was administered 2 times a day.(usually around 7 a.m.and noon before meals).Behavioral therapy: including positive strengthening,regression,temporary isolation,demonstration,cognitive behavior therapy and applied behavior analysis,and parents training and school intervention.Sensory integration training: the training software and training tools are used in Taiwan Chi de sensory integration training,and the training courses are made according to the individual condition of the children.The training contents mainly include various training activities aiming at improving the balance,proprioception,touch and learning ability of the vestibule.The specific training equipment includes slide,skateboard,stick,jump bed,horn ball,balance table,cylinder hanging cable,round trolley cable,kangaroo jump,single foot chair,four corner sloshing balance board,ground push ball,sunshine tunnel,circular trolley,tactile ball,S balance wood and so on.5 times a week,60 minutes each time,a total of 60 training sessions,3 months.Statistical methods: SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis in this study.The measurement data were expressed by X + s,and t test was performed.P < 0.01 showed that the difference was statistically significant.Results: 1,80 cases of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children,sensory integration dysfunction was as high as 83.7%.2.The sensory integration,hyperactivity index,comprehensive response control quotient and comprehensive attention quotient in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group,and better than before the experiment.3.The sensory integration ability,hyperactivity index,comprehensive attention quotient and comprehensive reaction control quotient of the control group were all better than those before the experiment.Conclusion: the majority of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder have sensory integration dysfunction.As a first-line treatment confirmed by evidence-based medicine,drug and behavioral therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of children,but the combined effect of sensory integration training combined with drug and behavioral therapy is better than drug and behavioral therapy.Therefore,sensory integration training can be used as a supplementary treatment for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.It provides a basis for the comprehensive intervention program for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. |
