Objective:To compare the clinical effects of rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on motor function of children with Down syndrome and to optimize the clinical treatment of children with Down syndrome by comparing with ordinary acupuncture and simple rehabilitation training. Methods:The research adopted randomly controlled clinical studying method. The diagnostic criteria for Down's syndrome were based on the diagnostic criteria of modern disease in Modern Child Psychiatry edited by Li Xuerong. That is,cytogenetic analysis showed that chromosome 21 is chromosome 3,combining typical clinical symptoms such as mental retardation, special facial features, motor retardation, and growth and development disorders. This study selected 90 children who met the criteria and were able to adhere to the 3-month treatment from the children admitted to the rehabilitation department of the Weifang City Children's Welfare Institute from January 2010 to June 2017.They were randomly divided into ordinary acupuncture groups.Simple rehabilitation training group, rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture group. The points selected by the head of the common acupuncture group include Sishencong,Zhisanzhen,Fuzheng three-needle,and brain-three-needle.The body-needle selected points include Quchi,Waiguan,Hegu,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao and Taichong.Acupuncture treatment once a day,14 times for a course of treatment, two courses interval 7 days,a total of 3 months of treatment. The rehabilitation training group combined the actual exercise ability of the children with the treatment, selected different training programs, and comprehensively applied exercise therapy, occupational therapy, and sensory integration therapy to guide and promote the normal movement and posture of the children. Each rehabilitation program is trained 30 minutes each time, once a day,5 times a week. The rehabilitation training combined with the acupuncture group was supplemented by acupuncture on the basis of normal rehabilitation training. The selected acupoints were the same as those of the normal acupuncture group.Three groups were treated at the same time, and 3 months were a course of treatment. Finally, the changes of the scores of the children before and after treatment were observed and compared, and the statistical methods were used to process the data and statistically evaluate the treatment effects. The evaluation of efficacy is based on the most widely used International Gross Motor Function Assessment Scale(GMFM)and the Pediabody Motor Development Assessment Scale(PDMS-FM)as evaluation criteria.Results:1.Children with Down Syndrome of the common acupuncture group, the rehabilitation training group, and the rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture group had percentage scores on the age,sex,pre-treatment gross motor assessment score, and fine exercise score on the Peabody exercise development scale. There was no statistically significant difference.2.The percentages of GMFM scores in children in the general acupuncture group, the rehabilitation group alone, and the rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture group, and the fine exercise score in the Peabody exercise development scale on the control study results before and after the treatment, all have The significance of statistical processing shows that acupuncture and rehabilitation training are effective in improving coarse motor and fine motor function in children with Down syndrome.3.The percentage of GMFM scores after treatment in the normal acupuncture group, rehabilitation training group, rehabilitation training combined acupuncture group, fine sports scores and differences in the Peabody exercise development scale were statistically significant, indicating that rehabilitation training was performed. The effect of combination with acupuncture group was superior to the other two groups. Conclusion:The results of this study show that both general acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation training have improved the coarse and fine motor function of Down's children;rehabilitation training is compared with ordinary acupuncture or simple rehabilitation training.Combined with the acupuncture treatment effect is more significant,so in the treatment of Down syndrome, you should choose comprehensive treatment methods to achieve better therapeutic effect.
