Objective:To observe of the effect of dezocine compound propofol target-controlled infusion(TCI)in Painless gastroscopy.Methods:Patients undergoing painless gastroscopy were randomly divided into 2 groups:a control group(Group C)and the experimental group(Group D).Dezocine with 50ug/kg was given before examination of group D,and group C was given the same amount of normal saline.10 minutes later,started with TCI of propofol by the sequential method.Group C was set the initial effect-site concentration to 2.5mg/L,and group D was 1.4mg/L.The ratio of neighboring concentration was 1.1.After reaching the initial effect-site concentration began in the checking.If the first example accomplishes the examination,the next example sets the effect-site concentration in patients with reduced one concentration gradient,while improving one concentration gradient.The median effective concentration(EC50)of propofol and its 95% confidence interval(CI)were calculated for the two group.The systemic blood pressure(SBP),heart rate(HR)and pulse oxygen saturation(Sp O2)were obtained before infusion(T1),after infusing dezocine ten minutes(T2)and while reaching the effect-site concentration(T3),and the adverse events were also recorded.Results:The EC50 of the effect-site concentration of propofol in group C was 2.25mg/L,and in group D was 1.33 mg/L,on the condition of accomplishing the checking reposefully.The EC50 in group D was significantly lower compared with group C(F=4.73,P<0.05).Compared with the time of T1,SBP and HR of group C and D at the time of T2 were declinged inapparently,and there were no significant differences between the time of T1 and T2(P?0.05);At the time of T3,SBP and HR were decreased apparently,and there were significant differences between the time of T1 and T3(F=4.50~4.99,P<0.05).Sp O2 at the time point of T2 and T3 were declinged inapparently compared with the time of T1(P?0.05),in oxygen conditions.Conclusion:Dezocine combined with propofol used in painless gastroscope,with favorable safety and reducing the dosage of propofol.
