Objective:To Compare the early postoperative pain after laparoscopic uterine for oxycodone hydrochloride and sufentanil, and to explore its role in the control of visceral pain. Methods:choose elective line under general anesthesia,90 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomyor myomectomy patients,ASA ?-? level, aged 30?65,according to the method of random number table,it is divided into three groups, oxycodone hydrochloride injection group(O group).sufentanil injection group(S group),and Normal saline group(N group). The first 15 minutes of the operation had been given to hydroxycosterone 5mg.The preside of the tube may be used to antagonize the muscle. When the patient recovers autonomously, and the reflex is restored and the trachea catheter is taken into the PACU and records.Records anesthesia time surgery in patients with spontaneous breathing recovery time and extubation time and waking time(drug with drawal to correctly answer this question),into the PACU chamber immediately after 30 min,60 min and 90 min of heart rate, mean arterial pressure, breathing rate and SP02.The rates of visual analogue scores(VAS),sedation scores(Ramsay)and nausea, vomiting, and respiratory inhibition were recorded in all time points. Results:the three groups were statistically significant for gender, age, weight, anesthesia and duration of surgery(P>0.05).Compared with N group,S group of patients with spontaneous breathing recovery time, extubation time and recovery time was obviously longer, the difference was significant(P<0.05),and comparison with N group, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Compared with N group,S group,Ramsay sedation score at each time point were rised, the difference was significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in O group and N group(P>0.05);compared with N group,O group at different time points of VAS score were depressedr, the difference was significant(P<0.05),O group and S group at each time point after operation VAS score, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared with N group,O group at each time point of the heart rate and mean arterial pressure were lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in O group and S group of patients with mean arterial pressure;compared with group N,the number of patients with S adverse reaction of nausea, vomiting, respiratory depression rised significantly, the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the number of cases of O group and N group was not statistically significant(P>0.05)Conclusion:laparoscopic surgery has small trauma, but postoperative pain especially visceral pain is particularly evident, the need for effective analgesia,,intravenous oxycodone hydrochloride can effectively reduce acute pain after laparoscopic uterine surgery, compared with sufentanil, sedation is smaller, respiratory weak inhibitory effect, can smoothly safely through the recovery period of general anesthesia...
