Background: The program of standardized training of nurses is an essential part of graduation nursing education.It is crucial for nursing talent echelon cultivation.Furthermore,it is a critical measure to improve the level of clinical nursing service.At present,the standardized training system of resident doctors in China has been widely implemented and popularized;however,the standardized training of nurses has just broken the rice.With the change of medical model and nursing concept,the scope of the nurse's role continues to expand.This suggests that more and more attention should be paid to the development of soft skills of nurses.However,nursing managers pay more attention to training nursing hard skills of standardized training nurses,instead of interpersonal communication,organization service management,self-management and other soft nursing skills.The self-efficacy of a nurse can demonstrate his or her learning ability from different angles.If the standardized training nurses focus on their self-efficacy level,which facilitates them with better development and application of nursing soft skills.This will enable them convey their knowledge and skills to high quality nursing service,further improve the nursing service satisfaction.Objective:This paper investigates the status of the nursing soft skills and self-efficiency of standardized training nurses in Shiyan area.Then analysis the relationship between nursing soft skills and self-efficiency of standardized training nurses to explore factors which impact nursing soft skills of standardized training nurses.This benefits the nursing administrators and educators to make effective and feasible training plan.The system of standardized training nurse can be improved.Consequently,this will further facilitate the comprehensive quality of nursing staff,expand their professional development,and improve the quality of nursing service.Methods:Convenience sampling method is used to investigate 227 standardized training nurses from three Grade ?A hospitals in Shiyan area.Datawere collected by using questionnaire survey,including the personal data questionnaire,the nursing soft skills assessment scale and the General self-efficacy scale.Database is established by EpiData3.0,and data is imported into SPSS 23.0 software for statistical treatment.General demographic data is for general statistical description.Variance analysis is used to analyze the difference of score of dependent variables in different general data.Multiple linear stepwise regression is applied to analyze the influencing factors of soft skillsResults:1.The total score of nursing soft skills around 150.89±12.953 or the average score of each item around 3.43±0.294 belongs to average level of nursing soft skills level.2.Statistical significance(P<0.05)are related to the following items the standardized training time,the degree of affection of nursing profession,participation of social practice,situations of holding student cadres,family support for nursing work and career change idea.3.The self-efficiency of standardized training nurses was positively associated with the total scores of the nursing soft skills,interpersonal relationship skills,Self-efficacy,organization management skills,self-management skills,professional sentiment,Standardized training time and cognitive skills,which has statistical significance(P<0.01).4.The utility of multiple stepwise regression analysis has demonstrated that the participation of social practice,the degree of affection of nursing profession and whether department rotation are the main factors influencing nursing soft skills of standardized training nurses.Conclusions:1.The nursing soft skill level of standard training nurses in shiyan area was in general level.Thereinto,the received standardized training time,the degree of affection of nursing profession,the participation of social practice,the situations of holding student cadres,the family support for nursing work and career change idea influence the nursing soft skill level of standard training nurses.2.The self-efficiency of standardized training nurses in Shiyan area was relevant to five dimension of interpersonal relationship skills,organization management skills,self-management skills,professional sentiment and cognitive skills.3.The Self-efficacy,participation of social practice,the degree of affection of nursing profession,Standardized training time and whether department rotation were the main factors influencing nursing soft skills of standardized training nurses.4.The nursing soft skill level of standardized training nurses in shiyan area need to be improved.Based on characteristics of standardized training nurses,nursing administrators should make pertinent cultivation.Especially,the decision of the training department,the arrangement of training department,the training time and the frequency of rotation etc.should be made scientifically.The self-efficacy could be achieved by signing learning contract with standard training nurses.Anther strategies referring to establishing nursing soft skills training system and assessment system,which is ought to be implemented purposefully.Meanwhile strengthen the education of nurses' professional faith contributes to sublimating their passion for nursing.As a consequence,they will improve nursing quality and provide client with better nursing service.
