Objective : To investigate the effect of using Indocyanine green video angiography(ICGA)and Evoked potentials(EP)in anterior communicating aneurysm clipping.Methods:The clinical data of 47 patients of anterior communicating aneurysm from 2015 January to 2017 January were analyzed retrospectively.The combined monitoring of ICGA and EP 28 cases,no ICGA group 19 cases.Surgical time,whether there were cerebral infarction,aneurysm closure,GOS score for two weeks after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:Surgical time was compared between the two groups,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);CT examination,cerebrovascular CTA/DSA,hospitalization days and GOS score were compared,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of the combined monitoring of ICGA and EP in the surgery of Anterior communicating aneurysm is able to decrease cerebral ischemia and dysneuria,shorten hospital stay,improve the safety of the operation,surgical quality and the quality of patients' postoperative life.
