Objective:to collect the clinical data of hospitalized patients with pulmonary embolism, analysis of acute pulmonary embolism(APE)merge pulmonary hypertension(PH)risk factors, provide the basis for early detection of patients at high risk of PH,to a certain extent, evaluate the condition and prognosis of patients with acute pulmonary embolism. Methods:Retrospective analysis in the clinical data of 160 hospitalized patients who were admitted to The first affiliated hospital of chongqing medical university from January 2013 to July 2016 were first diagnosed as acute pulmonary embolism.According to echocardiographic estimates of Pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP),divided the patients into Pulmonary hypertension group(PASP>50mmHg),a total of 38 cases and control group(PASP<50mmHg)of 122 cases, collected patients indices such as general data, laboratory examination, imaging data, calculation of the correlation between each index.Statistical methods:SPSS 20.0 was used for data analysis, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.General information:the results showed that the age of the pulmonary hypertension group was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.92+8.44 vs.59.61+11.77,T=6.524,P=0.000).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of gender and vital signs.2.Laboratory examination of hepatic function, renal function, electrolyte, marker of myocardial injury, prothrombin time, activated partial thrombin time(APTT),international standardization ratio(INR),and other indicators no statistical difference in the two groups.2.1 D-Dimer was significantly increased in the two groups, among which the elevation of pulmonary arterial hypertension was more significant(11.28 + + 3.98 vs.5.20 + 4.08,T=6.592,P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant.2.2 NT-proBNP showed significant difference in pulmonary hypertension group and control group(3028.71 + + 2293.62 vs 1444.27 +910.21,T=5.602,P=0.000).3.The imaging data of two groups of patients in electrocardiogram(S I QIIITIII),whether to combine lower limb vein thrombosis, whether pulmonary embolism accumulates the main pulmonary artery etc. There was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion:patients with acute pulmonary embolism with pulmonary hypertension have the following characteristics:older,D dimer level and NT-proBNP is high.If the APE patients were combined with advanced age,the D-Dimer and NT-proBNP high should be vigilant for the occurrence of PH and intervene early.
