Analysis On Factors Related To Outpatient Blood Pressure Control Of ASCVD Patients Accompanied With Hypertension In Chongqing

Objective: Blood pressure control of ASCVD patients accompanied with hypertension is the critical factor for patient prognosis.However,the blood pressure control rate of ASCVD patients accompanied with hypertension in Chongqing is not clear yet,so this study is intended to disclose it and further analyze other influential factors.Method: 1242 ASCVD patients accompanied with hypertension from the second-class hospitals at the county level around Chongqing from June-December 2015 were selected.By questionnaire,information was collected,and single factor analysis and multi-factor logistic regression analysis were conducted on factors which may influence the blood pressure control effect.Results: 1242 patients were accompanied with ASCVD,and the outpatient blood pressure of 606 cases(53.6%)was controlled.The multi-factor logistic regression analysis indicated that the patients who were young and high educational level,take ? receptor retardant and monitor blood pressure in daily life had higher control rates of blood pressure.These factors are independent dangerous factors affecting the high blood pressure control of hypertension patient accompanied with ASCVD.Conclusion: The blood pressure of patients who were young and cultural education was properly controlled,so self-monitor their blood pressure had higher control rates of blood pressure.
