Objective: to study the clinical effect of coronary heart valve disease combined with coronary heart disease.Methods: Retrospective analysis in January 2016-December 2017 in our hospital cardiac surgery over the same period done heart valve disease combined total of 46 patients with surgical treatment of coronary heart disease,during the line of pure,a total of 858 patients with coronary artery bypass grafting(mortality 1%).Among them,28 patients(60.8%)were male and 18(39.2%)were female.Average age(59.4±7.3);Average length of stay(30.7±9.0)days;In vitro circulation time(159.7±50.1)min;The blocking time of the aorta was(93.6±35.1)min;The auxiliary cycle time(56.0±25.3)min;Intensive care unit time(3.8±2.4)days;Ventilator assisted time(1.8±1.3)days;By observing the clinical data of the patients,the changes of the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative related indexes and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared.Results: the data of echocardiography were collected,summarized and statistically analyzed before and after the operation.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF,left ventricular ejection fraction)no statistical significance compared with the preoperative,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD,left ventricular end diastolic dimension)compared with the preoperative,better improve,exist differences,statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were 10 cases of postoperative complications,including 4 cases of pulmonary infection,1 case of wound healing and 1 case of neurological complications.Severe postoperative complications killing of 46 cases of patients with surgery patients account for 4 cases,2 cases died of malignant arrhythmia,1 case died of multiple organ failure,1 case died of low cardiac syndrome,mortality was 8.6%.Conclusion:1.Heart valve disease complicated with coronary heart disease is a high-risk disease.2.Cardiac valvular disease combined with coronary heart disease was performed in the same period.Compared with single disease,surgical risk and mortality were higher.3.Through this study,patients with cardiac valvular disease were treated with coronary heart disease,and the results were satisfactory.
