Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic, systemic, autoimmune disease characterized by aggressive, symmetrical polyarthritis.Pulmonary involvement is one of the most common extra-articular manifestations of RA.Interstitial lung disease(ILD)is the most common type of lung disease in RA and its occurrence may be related to inflammation, concurrent infection, and therapeutic drugs. It is also one of the important reasons for the death of RA.Biological agents as drugs for improving disease in RA treatment can effectively improve joint symptoms and prevent disease progression, but there is controversy on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis-associated interstitial lung disease(RA-ILD).Therefore,this article will report the current literature reports on the use of different types of biological agents in the treatment of RA in patients with RA-ILD treatment were reviewed, and risk factors and poor prognosis of RA-ILD were discussed, aimed at clinical RA-ILD patients The therapeutic strategy of biological agents provides the basis.
