Premature ventricular contraction is the most common arrhythmia, occurring in a wide range of patients with organic heart disease and non-organic heart disease.Frequent ventricular premature contraction can cause cardiomyopathy.Treatment includes drug therapy and radiofrequency ablation. However, drug therapy has some disadvantages, such as poor dependence and compliance,no radical cure, and radiofrequency catheter abltion can achieve the curative effect of premature ventricular contraction. Therefore, radiofrequency ablation is often used as the first choice in the treatment of ventricular premature contraction.Surface electrocardiogram has an instructive effect on the origin of ventricular premature contraction, which can preliminarily determine the origin of ventricular premature contraction, and prepare for radiofrequency catheter ablation.Although ventricular premature contraction of different origin sites have their own unique surface electrocardiogram and electrophysiological characteristics, the electrocardiograms of ventricular premature contraction originating from adjacent regions are similar and need to be carefully distinguished. The electrocardiogram and electrophysiological characteristics of ventricular premature contraction at different origin sites were studied to guide radiofrequency ablation, which was helpful to shorten the procedure of interventional therapy and improve the efficiency and accuracy of target ablation.
