Study On Efficacy Of Ulinastatin In Treating Sepsis

Objective: Clinical data analysis of patients with sepsis,study the clinical efficacy of ulinastatin in the treatment of sepsis.Methods:Sixty patients with sepsis were randomly divided into routine group(30cases)and ulinastatin group(30 cases).The changes of APACHE II score,SOFA score,serum C-reactive protein,arterial blood lactic acid and white blood cell count before and 7 days after drug administration were observed.And count the hospital stay.Application software SPSS19.0 analysis of test data,measurement data using t test,count data using x2 test,all data represented by the mean ? standard deviation,P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,sex,disease composition,APACHE II score,SOFA score,serum C-reactive protein,arterial blood lactate,and leukocyte count at admission between the two groups(P>0.05).2.At 7 days of treatment: APACHE II score,SOFA score,serum Creactive protein,arterial blood lactic acid,leukocyte count index comparison:1.The difference between the group and admission was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.At the same time point,there was a statistically significant difference between the ulinastatin group and the conventional group(P<0.05).3.The hospitalization time of ulinastatin group were lower than those of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The use of ulinastatin in the routine treatment of sepsis patients can reduce the length of hospital stay and mortality,better improve the functional stat-us of patients,and improve the treatment rate of patients.
