Objective: To provide direction for the immunotherapy of purpura nephritis.Methods:1 case of combined immunosuppressive therapy with purpura nephritis was introduced,and the related literatures were summarized and sorted.Results: A large number of literature information,check one by one,summary,analysis,sorting,and comprehensive and detailed summarizes the etiology,immunology mechanism of purpura nephritis,the clinical,pathological,immune classification,all kinds of common mechanism of immunosuppressant,clinical indications,clinical curative effect,adverse reaction and purpura nephritis immunosuppressant therapy,related research progress of healing for purpura nephritis,especially the selection of appro-priate immune inhibitor,provide clear direction.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of purpura nephritis and closely related to immune response and immune inhibitor used in purpura nephritis from this foundation,the hormone with immunosuppressant therapy effect is superior to the use of hormone,all kinds of immunosuppressants have their respective advantages and disadvantages.
