Objective:Combining "turbidity" theory with micro ecological theory, using 16 S rRNA high-throughput sequencing analysis technology to detect oral bacterial flora and structural diversity of gastric flora in patients with chronic gastritis with different genotypes of Hp infection, and to explore Hp infection and human The relationship between the oral-stomach microecology and the theoretical nature of "turbidity-microecology".Methods:In this study group,104 patients with chronic gastritis were included and divided into chronic superficial gastritis group, erosive gastritis group, and hemorrhagic gastritis group according to the results of gastroscope diagnosis.According to Hp test results, they were divided into type I Hp infection group and type II.Hp infection group, negative control group.Collection of tongue fur and gastric mucosal samples for high-throughput sequencing of 16 S rRNA gene, analysis of different genotypes of Hp infection and different inflammatory degrees of gastric bacterial community and tongue bacterial community structure by combining Alpha diversity and Beta diversity.Clinical questionnaires were analyzed statistically.Results:1.There is a close relationship between tongue fur and Hp different genotypes in this experiment;the diversity of the Hp infection group is higher than that of the Hp infection group and the negative control group,There are differences of the abundance of Akkermansia between different genotypes.2.The positive rates of CagA and VacA in patients with hemorrhagic gastritis were higher than those in chronic superficial gastritis and erosive gastritis groups;Alpha diversity analysis Abundance and diversity of gastric flora in type I Hp infection group was lower than that in type II Hp infection group In both the negative group and the negative group, the Helicobacter pylori abundance in the type I Hp infection group was significantly higher than that in the type II Hp infection group.3.The structure of oral and gastric mucosal flora was significantly different;the detection rate of Hp in gastric mucosa was higher than that of oral Hp;the abundance and diversity of gastric mucosal flora was higher than that of oral cavity, tongue and gastric mucosa Fusobaceirum,Porphyromonas The abundance of Hp-positive group was significantly higher than that of negative group.Conclusions:1.There is a close relationship between tongue fur and different genotypes of Hp.Hp infection can affect the composition characteristics of the microbial community of tongue coating.Different types of Hp infection will form different types of tongue coating. The number of cases of type I Hp infection is lower than that of II.Hp infection group and negative control group.2.Different types of Hp infection had different effects on the oral-stomach microecological environment. The Akpomania spp.in the tongue colony abundance Hp negative group was higher than the type I and II Hp infection group, and the type I Hp infection group.High abundance of endophytic bacteria and Proteobacteria.3.The “turbidity-microecology theory” is a specific application of the theory of turbidity poisoning in the microecological disciplines. The process of gastric microenvironment from equilibrium to imbalance may be related to the virulence factor of type I Hp infection;Hp and Fusobacterium, gums Porphyria may have a copolymerization relationship.
