Objective:To analyze the influence factors and identify the short-term prognostic value of ST2 in patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome(ACS).Methods:From Nov.2016 to Aug.2017,we enrolled 147 hospitalized patients of whom were 96 males and 51 females with 2h-5d chest pain. They were at an average age of(60.40±11.76)years old. They were divided into the observation group:128 cases, including 42 ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI),56 non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI),30unstable angina pectoris(UAP);the control group:19 patients without significant stenosis on coronary angiography who were excluded from Coronary Heart Disease. The clinical data, baseline plasma concentration of ST2,ultrasonic echocardiography parameters,GRACE score and SYNTAX score were collected. The duration of follow-up was 90d.We followed up the occurrence of MACE(including:death, recurrent angina, recurrent myocardial infarction, unplanned coronary revascularization and recent heart failure). The SPSS21.0 was used to establish the database and to perform statistical analysis.P<0.05 was considered as the statistical difference.Results:1.The ST2 level of the observation group was hinger than the control group,STEMI group was hinger than NSTEMI group and UAP group(P<0.05),there was no discrepancy between NSTEMI group and UAP group(P>0.05);the GRACE score of the control group,UAP group was lower than STEMI group and NSTEMI group(P<0.05),there was no discrepancy between control group and UAP group,STEMI group and NSTEMI group(P>0.05);the SYNTAX scores of the observation group was hinger than the control group(P<0.05),there was no discrepancy between observation group(P>0.05).2.ST2 was no correlation with age, systolic blood pressure, heart rate,CysC,Cre,BNP(r/r_s?0.02,P>0.05);positive correlation with GRACE score,SYNTAXscore,hs-cTnI,CKMB,WBC(r/r_s=0.38,0.30,0.36,0.60,0.38,P<0.01);negative correlation with EF(r_s=-0.40,P<0.01).3.There were 37 patients(28.9%)with MACE by following up.GRACE score,BNP and ST2 had predictive value of 90dMACE(P<0.05).The increase of ST2,GRACE score and the decrease of EF were the independent predictors of 90dMACE in the patients with ACS.The?of ST2 was 0.003,which was lower than GRACE score and EF.4.The patients in high level of ST2 group sufferred from a highe risk of90dMACE(Log Rank?~2=6.685,P=0.01).Conclusion:1.There was no correlation among ST2 with age, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, renal function,BNP.ST2 was positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis, indexes of myocardial injur and negatively correlated with EF.2.ST2 was a predictor for the short-term prognosis in patients with ACS.The patients with high level of ST2 sufferred from a highe risk of 90d MACE.
