Objective: To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine in severe burn patients peri anesthesia of oxygen free radical related indexes(PLO,NO,OH,SOD,GSH-Px,MDA,AOPP),analysis of protective effect of dexmedetomidine in severe burn patients with ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods: a total of 92 patients with severe burn treated in 2017 1-5 were randomly divided into experimental group(46 cases)and control group(46cases).The experimental group was treated with dexmedetomidine induction and maintenance were the same in two groups.Induction with Fentanyl3-5ug/kg,Etomidate0.2mg/kg,Cisatracrium Besilate0.2mg/kg,anesthesia maintenance with the same Propofol and Remifentanil in two groups. In the experimental group, dexmedetomidine was stopped before anesthesia was over. The changes of vital signs were monitored at four time points: 1 min before intubation,1 min after intubation,1 min after skin incision and 1 min after extubation, and the related indexes of serum oxygen free radicals(PLO,NO,OH,SOD,GSH-Px,MDA,AOPP)were detected. Results: The vital signs were stable in both groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).PLO,NO,OH,SOD,GSH-Px,MDA and AOPP were not statistically significant at baseline,PLO,NO,OH,MDA and AOPP were significantly lower and SOD,GSH-Px were significantly higher than that in the control group(P>0.05)in 1 min after intubation,1 min after skin incision and 1 min after extubation three time points.and there were statistically significant in groups and between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Dexmedetomidine can effectively reduce the levels of oxygen free radicals PLO,NO and OH,raise SOD,GSH-Px,reduce the products of MDA and AOPP,thus effectively prevent oxygen free radicals attacking the tissues of severe burn patients, and the same time reduce lipid peroxidation, and prevent ischemic reperfusion injury. |
