Study On The Mode Of Hospital Trusteeship In Yan'an Medical Group

The hosting mode of Yan'an medical group hospital is a reform attempt to solve the problems of unreasonable layout of regional medical resources,unbalanced development of urban and rural medical institutions,prominent contradiction between medical supply and demand,and so on in Yan'an.The Yan'an municipal government sets up a medical group with three level hospitals as the main hospital,absorbs the grass-roots hospital as a member hospital,and manages the integrated management by the three level hospital.The characteristic of this mode is that in a certain area,based on the medical group as a platform and relying on trusteeship,a regional medical association is formed,which integrates the originally separated medical institutions into an orderly and orderly medical service system,and fundamentally solves the problem of seeing a doctor.Therefore,the Yan'an medical group hospital trusteeship model has a certain value of research.This article uses the case study method,taking the Yan'an medical group as a case,taking the hospital trusteeship model as the research object.First of all,through the analysis of Yan'an medical group hospital trusteeship system text and operation data of interviews,to grasp the operational status of the pattern on the whole;secondly,through the model of Yan'an medical group hospital trusteeship mode comparison,SWOT analysis and stakeholder analysis,explore the mode of existing problems;finally,to to build a regional compact medical conjoined and promote the construction of clinics grading system oriented,put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions of Yan'an medical group hospital trusteeship mode.The study found that the Yan'an medical group hospital hosting mode is expected to form a regional compact Medical Association,which is effective for optimizing regional medical resources allocation,improving the ability of primary medical services and promoting the construction of hierarchical diagnosis system.However,the model still exists conjoined connection is not close,the ability to co-ordinate the deployment of medical group,and decreased effectiveness managed group general hospital development from the public welfare and other issues,the reason is the problem of the medical group management system,financial input mechanism,personnel management system and the revenue sharing mechanism etc..Therefore,suggested that the government by giving more policy and financial support,straighten out the medical group management system,change the function,mechanism and the personnel management system of financial investment in supporting the establishment of Yan'an medical conjoined group development,the formation of interest balance mechanism to further improve the Yan'an medical group hospital trusteeship,hospital trusteeship consolidation effect,promote the classification treatment system built in.
