Objective: To investigate incidence of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)associated acute kidney injury(AKI),and to determine risk factors of AKI in AMI.Method: The clinical data of 213 hospitalized patients diagnosed with AMI from 2016-01-01 to 2016-12-31 are retrospectively studied. The patients are then divided into AKI group and Non-AKI group according to AKI incidence.Compare age, gender, blood pressure, diabetes history, cerebral disease history, acute infection, estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),fasting blood glucose(FBG),cholesterol, triglyceride, hemoglobin, left ventricular ejection fraction(LEVF),percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),medicine treatment of these 2 groups, and using multiple logistic regression model to evaluate independent risk factors of AKI.Result: 21 cases developed AKI(9.9%).Age,diabetes mellitus history, cerebrovascular disease history, acute infection, diuretics in AKI group are higher than that of Non-AKI group(p<0.05).Baseline e GFR,albumin,LVEF are lower in AKI group than Non-AKI group(p<0.05).Multiple factor logistic regression showed that ascending fasting blood glucose(FBG)(OR=1.196,95%CI 1.009-1.417),PCI(OR= 0.037,95%CI 1.105~27.921)and diuretics(OR=0.241,95%CI 0.063~0.919)are independent risk factors of AKI(p<0.05).Conclusion: The incidence of AKI in AMI is 9.9%.FBG,PCI and diuretics are independent risk factors of AKI.More effective strategies to minimize the risk of AKI in AMI patients is needed.
