Objective:contrastive analysis divided into survival groups and death groups inPatients with acute myocardial infarction, age, gender, ethnicity, myocardial enzymes andother factors of death in patients, Explore the cause of death in patients with acutemyocardial infarction. Provide a basis for guiding clinical treatment. Methods:Randomlyselected data of193cases of death in patients and199cases of survival of patients, whichwas first diagnosed as AMI,were enrolled at Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang MedicalUniversity from January2002to June2011. Divided into two groups according totreatment outcome.Death group of193cases (131males,62females, age66.56±12.68years) and Survival group of199cases (156males and43females, age59.88±12.92years). The comparative analysis of two groups of patients with gender, age, ethnicity, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, CK, CKMB, troponin I, fibrinogen, pulmonary infection, heart failure, shock, arrhythmia and with or without stent implantation for treatment ofother factors of death in patients. Results:(l) Univariate analysis showed that: the deathgroup sex, age, ethnicity, hypertension, diabetes, CK, CKMB, troponin I, fibrinogen, pulmonary infection, heart ratedisorders, cardiogenic shock, heart failure, and thetreatment process of stent implantation, compared with the control group weresignificantly different (P<0.05), Smoking was no difference.(2) Multivariate Logisticstepwise regression analysis showed: CK, cardiogenic shock, heart failure and treatmentprocess is not into the bracket of AMI death. Conclusion: CK, cardiogenic shock, heartfailure and treatment process without stents of AMI death.
