Objective:To observe the effects of three different types of analgesic on postoperative enteroparalysis after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods:A total of 75 cases scheduled for unilateral Laparoscopic Hysteromyoma exfoliation, categoried as ASA I-II stages, were randomly divided into sufentanil group(group S),ketorolac tromethamine group(group N)and butorphanol group(group B)with 25 cases in each.Anesthesia induction and maintenance were the same. Each corresponding drug was injected as a load and continuedby PCIA pump until the end of surgery. The time for extubation, the VAS and Ramsay sedation scores in different time-point,the time for recovery of bowelsound and the fart resuming, incidence of adverse effects were recorded factually in each group. Results: here were no significant difference in age, weight, intraoperative intravenous or inhaled drug dosage, anesthesia and operative time, bleeding and rehydration volume,VAS scores among 3 groups at any time point(P>0.05).The time for extubation and sedation scores of group N and S were much lower than that of group B at any point in time(P<0.05).The time for the recovery of bowelsound and the fart resuming and the rate of adverse reactions in group N were significantly lower than that in group B and S(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ketorolac tromethamine was effective in relievingpostoperativepainfor patients undergoinglaparoscopicoophorocystectomy.Furthermore, compaired to other two groups,Ketorolac tromethamine could shorten the duration of postoperative enteroparalysis with less adverse effects.
