Objective: By observing the results of 24 h gastroesophageal dynamic double pHimpedance monitoring of gastric esophageal reflux in BPD,it was analyzed whether the preterm infants of BPD increased the incidence of gastric esophageal reflux, and provided guidance for the clinical management of BPD premature infants. Methods:Retrospective analysis on January 1,2016 to December 31,2017,Chinese shengjing hospital affiliated to medical university first neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)of 25 BPD patients who were hospitalized premature infants,28 weeks to 32 weeks gestational age, birth weight 710-1800-g,the 24 h gastroesophageal pH-impedance monitoring results. The non-BPD preterm infants who were hospitalized in the same period were not statistically significant, such as gestational age, weight, gender, etc.,and finished the dynamic double p H-impedance of the gastric esophagus in 24 h.Non-parametric test was used to analyze whether there was a difference between BPD premature and non-BPD preterm gastric esophageal reflux. Results:In 25 cases of BPD premature infants, the diagnosis of pathological GER4(16%)was based on the observation of 24 h gastroesophageal dynamic double pH,and all of them were acid reflux.Among the 21 cases of non-pathological GER,there were 17 cases(68%)of physiological reflux, including 9 cases(36%)of acid reflux and 8 cases of alkaline reflux(32%).In the same period,25 cases of non-bpd premature infants were diagnosed with pathological GER 4(16%).In 25 case of BPD preterm and 25 non-BPD preterm infants, two group had no statistical difference in sex, gestational age, body weight, etc.,comparing two sets of that occurrence of germations and reflux times daily, long reflux times daily, long reflux greater than 5 min and acid exposure without statistical difference.Of the 25 BPD preemies, the mild BPD has 10 cases, moderate BPD 13,and severe BPD 2.There was no statistical difference between mild BPD and moderate BPD between the two groups in daily reflux frequency, daily length of reverse flow, long reflux, and total pH < 4.0 time(%).Conclusions: BPD preterm infants have no tendency to increase the reflux of the gastroesophagus and there is no difference in the case of mild BPD premature infants and moderate BPD premature infants. We should avoid overtreatment in clinical treatment of premature infants with BPD with GER.
