Objective:To investigate the relationship between H-type hypertension and the risk of acute myocardial infarction. Methods :A total of 428 patients with ACS complicated with essential hypertension were enrolled in the Department of Cardiology,Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from July 1,2016 to December 31,2017.The patients were divided into acute myocardial infarction group(n = 229)and Non-acute myocardial infarction group(n = 199).The general clinical data of the two groups of patients were compared. All the selected patients underwent coronary angiography after admission. The Gensini score was used to assess the severity of coronary lesions. The levels of Hcy,Gensini scores and H-type hypertension patients between the two groups were compared. The proportion of Hcy and the degree of coronary lesions(Gensini score)were also investigated. The risk factors of acute myocardial infarction were further screened.SPSS 17.0 statistical software for data analysis. The measurement data were analyzed by two independent samples T test. The count data were analyzed by chi-square test. Two continuous variables were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of AMI.Results: 1.Comparison of general data between the two groups, men with acute myocardial infarction, smoking, diabetes, apo A,CR were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The Hcy level,Gensini score, and H-type hypertension accounted for significantly higher in the acute myocardial infarction group. The difference was statistically significant, indicating that the homocysteine level was high in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and the proportion of H-type hypertension was high.,Severe coronary lesions;3.Correlation analysis showed that the homocysteine level was significantly positively correlated with the Gensini score(r=0.729,p=0.000),suggesting that the higher the blood Hcy level, the heavier the coronary lesions.4.Multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that smoking history, diabetes history,Gensini score, and H-type hypertension were independent risk factors for acute myocardial infarction complicated with hypertension, and the risk ratio OR is 2.196(95% CI: 1.286-3.752).Conclusion: H-type hypertension is an independent risk factor for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by hypertension?...
