The Efficacy Of Treating PNS With Alprostadil

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of alprostadil in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Method: 85 patients with primary nephritic syndrome who were admitted to the First Nephrology Ward of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2014 to October 2017 were collected,and according to the taken drugs,they were divided into group A(42 ones),group B(43 ones).Group A was a conventional treatment program,Group B was treated with alprostadil injection on the basis of conventional treatment.Evaluation of two groups patients of 24 h urinary protein,plasma albumin,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,serum cystatin C,uric acid,glomerular filtration rate,platelet count and other related Coagulation indicators of change before and after treatment,In addition,adverse drug reations were recorded at the same time.Result:.(1)The two groups of treatment programs were effective in reducing 24-hour urinary protein and increasing plasma albumin,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and group B was superior to group A.(2)For patients with chronic renal failure(CRF),Scr,BUNand UA were significantly lower in group B after treatment,The glomerular filtration rate increased,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)The platelet count in group B was lower than that before treatment(P <0.05).Fibrinogen(FIB)decreased in both groups after treatment(P <0.05),group B is better than group A.However,there was no significant difference in prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),and thrombin time(TT)between the two groups before and after treatment.(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Patients with primary nephritic syndrome combined with alprostadil injection on the basis of traditional treatment can significantly reduce urinary protein,increase plasma albumin,alleviate hypercoagulable state.Meanwhile,for patients with chronic renal failure,It can significantly improve renal function.Therefore,alprostadil can be used as a safe and effective adjuvant in clinical applications.
