Objective:by detecting serum and virological markers of hepatitis B virus?HBV?infection in patients with chronic hepatitis C?CHC?investigating the incidence, serology and virological characteristics of chronic hepatitis C patients co-infected with HBV.Methods:Patients with chronic hepatitis C?HCVRNA positive?who were hospitalized in Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected, whose serum HBV blood index?HBsAg,Anti-HBc?and virological index?HBVDNA?were detected,The positive rate of HBsAg,the positive rate of hepatitis B virus core antibody?Anti-HBc?and the positive rate of HBVDNA were calculated in patients with chronic hepatitis C.Chronic hepatitis C co-infected with HBV patients given different antiviral treatment, especially the direct antiviral drugs treatment,HBVDNA level was quantitatively detected at the end of antiviral treatment, compared with baseline HBVDNA level,if the HBV DNA risedmore than 2log100 IU/ml,or baseline DNA negative was changed from positive to negative for more than 100 IU/ml,it is called a HBV reactivation,HBV reactivation was evoluated in patients with chronic HCV infection after antiviral therapy.Results:1.In 966 patients with chronic hepatitis C,the positive rate of HBsAg was3.21%?31/966?,the positive rate of Anti-HBc was 54.76%?529/966?,and the positive rate of HBVDNA was 1.97%?19/966?.2.In patients with chronic hepatitis C virus infection with HBV,HBVDNA levels were concentrated in 3log10IU/ml,and HCVRNA levels were concentrated in6log10IU/ml.3.In patients with chronic hepatitis C virus?HCV?with HBV infection, the HBVDNA reactivation rate was 3.2%,at the end of anti HCV treatment. The case of HBVDNA reactivation was treated with a separate DAAs antiviral therapy.Conclusion:1.The positive rate of HBsAg in patients with chronic hepatitis C was 3.21%;2.The positive rate of HCVRNA and HBVDNA double virus in chronic hepatitis C patients was 1.97%;3.Hepatitis C virus replication is dominant in chronic hepatitis C virus co-infected with HBV patients;4.Patients with chronic hepatitis C virus can undergo hepatitis B virus reactivation after receiving antiviral therapy.
