Objective:By detecting the expression level of MCP-1 in liver tissues of patients with chronic HBV infection, the relationship between MCP-1 and the degree of inflammation in liver tissues of patients with chronic HBV infection was evaluated.Method:In this study,33 cases of chronic HBV infection were enrolled in the liver biopsy of the infected branch of shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university from 2013 to 2016.the ALT<2ULN 23 cases of chronic HBV infection, male 11,female 12,ALT ? 2 ULN are 10 cases of chronic HBV infection, including 9cases of male and female in 1 case, according to the results of liver tissue pathology,The group of ALT<2ULN,G<2 for 8 cases,G?2 for 15 cases, through immunohistochemical method to detect MCP-1 expression in liver tissue, comparative analysis of different ALT level and liver tissue inflammation activity in the expression level of MCP-1.Independent sample T was used to compare the differences of MCP-1 expression levels between chronic HBV patients with different ALT levels and chronic HBV infections with different levels of inflammation.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between MCP-1 and hepatic tissue inflammation.Using SPSS22.0 software, the data were double-sided.Results:1.General situation: according to the included and exclusion criteria, selection of the 33 cases of chronic HBV infection of aged 20 ~ 59 years old,the average age was 36,the average for ALT 59U/L,20 cases(60.61%)of men and women in 13 cases(39.39%),23 cases of ALT < 2ULN with chronic HBV infection, average age was 34,average for ALT 45U/L,ALT ?2ULN with chronic HBV infection or average age was 41,average ALT level was 97U/L.2.Expression of MCP-1 in liver tissues of patients with chronic HBV infection:immunohistochemical staining showed that the liver tissue MCP-1 in liver cells and collect abbacy infiltration of mononuclear cells can express, its expression in the positive area is located in the cytoplasm. The strength of immunohistochemical staining was different in patients with chronic HBV infection in different liver tissues.Positive positive(++)was found in ALT ?2ULN groups. In the ALT<2ULN group and the inflammation G was greater than 2,the group showed a weak positive(+).There was a weak positive(+-)in ALT<2ULN and inflammatory G<2.3.In different MCP-1 ALT levels of chronic HBV infection in the liver tissue expression: in ALT ?2ULN chronic HBV infection in the liver tissue of MCP-1 the average optical density value is(0.132 + /-0.091),the ALT <2ULN chronic HBV infection in the liver tissue of the average optical density value is(0.038 + /-0.062),both the independent sample t-test to compare analysis, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05,Z = 3.251)4.MCP-1 in ALT<2ULN with chronic HBV infection in different degree of inflammation of liver tissue expression: in 23 cases of the ALT < 2ULNwith chronic HBV infection,in G MCP-1,2 or more groups of liver tissue and G < 2 groups of liver tissue in the average optical density value respectively(0.052 + /-0.073)and(0.012+ /-0.016),and G 2 or more in the group are significantly higher than the average optical density value G <2 average optical density values, the differences in two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05,Z = 2.324).5.Among the 33 patients with chronic HBV infection, the data showed that MCP-1was positively correlated with ALT(r=0.588,P<0.001),with the correlation analysis of two variables. There was positive correlation between MCP-1 and liver tissue inflammation grade(r=0.362,P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.The expression level of MCP-1 in patients with chronic HBV infection was positively correlated with the degree of pathological inflammation of liver tissue, and the higher the degree of inflammation of liver tissue, the higher the expression level of MCP-1.2.In the chronic HBV infection of ALT<2ULN,MCP-1 was able to distinguish between chronic HBV patients with mild inflammation and chronic hepatitis b patients with significant inflammation.
