Objective:By describing the basic conditions and family status of poor people,the government relief and quality of life of poor people,this paper analyzes the differences in life quality and the main influencing factors,and puts forward policies to improve the quality of life for those who have subsistence allowance Sexual advice.Methods: The stratified random sampling method was used to draw the minimum living population of eight communities in Liaoyuan City as the research object.The questionnaire was used to investigate the general conditions and the quality of life questionnaire(SF-36)Questionnaire for investigation and analysis.The variance analysis and t test were used to compare the differences of the quality of life among the subsistence allowances under different conditions.logistic analysis was used to explore the impact of various factors on the quality of life of the subsistence allowances.The general situation was used as an independent variable to analyze the influencing factors that affect the physical health and mental health of the poor people.Results:Of the 730 surveyed,350 were males and 380 were females.730 valid questionnaires.consistency scores of all dimensions were 0.713-0.871,indicating that the internal consistency of the questionnaire was good.The structural amos model was used to carry out the validity analysis.The fitting indexes GFI(0.900),AGFI(0.873),NFI(0.883),TLI(0.905),CFI(0.921)and RMSEA(0.049)was Good fit it.The quality of life of the poor people can be improved by stratifying the differences in the quality of life among the subsistence allowances according to different influencing factors,increasing monthly per capita income,reducing medical expenses and children's education costs.Univariate analysis of the study population showed that the differences in the gender,age,educational level,physical status,working ability,liability status,marital status,children's educational expenditure,medical expenses and monthly per capita income all affected the quality of life of the dibao population,The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Among them,there is no statistically significant difference between occupations,medical expenses and social insurance.The results showed that the factors influencing the physical health of the subsistence allowances were gender,age,physical condition,debt-free and children's educational expenditure,and the average per-capita Monthly income;the factors that affect the mental health of the subsistence allowances are age,physical condition,marital status and medical expenses.Among them,the physical status of the impact on physical and mental health are larger.Conclusion: From the aspects of reliability and validity,it is feasible to apply the SF-36 health questionnaire to the minimum guaranteed population in the city.To compare the differences in the quality of life among the poor people in different situations,increase the monthly per capita income,reduce the medical expenses,reduce the education cost of the children and provide the reemployment opportunities can improve the life quality of the subsistence allowances.The factors influencing the physical health of the subsistence allowances are gender,age,physical condition,debt-free,children's educational expenditure and monthly income per capita.The factors influencing mental health of the subsistence allowances are age,physical condition,marital status and medical expenses.
