Objective:To explore the value of transrectal contrast-enhanced ultrasound in detecting the infiltrated degree and stage of bladder cancer. Methods:In the retrospective study,51 Patients were enrolled who suffered from bladder cancer that proved by pathological examination, the images of contrast-enhanced ultrasound were analyzed to judge the invaded degree and the stage of bladder cancer, finally compared with the pathological examination. Results: The results of ultrasonogram indicated that(?T1)stage cancer in 30 cases, the lesions are limited to the mucous and submucous membrane, are superficial tumors without infiltration of the muscularis propia.;T2 stage cancer in 16 cases, the lesions invaded the muscular layer of bladder wall;T3 stage cancer in 4 cases, the lesions penetrated all the layers and invaded the surrounding tissues;T4 stage cancer in 1 case, the lesion invaded the prostate. While the pathological results testified 33 cases in(Ta?T1)stage,13 cases in T2 stage,4 cases in T3 stage,1 case in T4 stage. The coincident rate between transrectal contrast-enhanced ultrasound and pathology in judging the infiltrated degree and stage of bladder cancer is 88.24%.Conclusion:As a newly and non-invasive diagnostic method in clinical work, the transrectal contrast-enhanced ultrasound can be used to judge the infiltrated degree and stage of bladder cancer.
