Objective: In this study,resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging was used to investigate the abnormalities of the functional connectivity of the relevant neural circuits in Cornu Ammonis?Dentate Gyrus?subiculum subregion between Schizophrenia and Unaffected Family Member of schizophrenia,to explore abnormalities in the susceptibility to schizophrenia and possible protective changes in the high-risk population and the development of the disease. Methods:We recruited from 13-35 years seventy-three Schizophrenia patients,seventy-one Genetic high risk and age matched eighty-two HC.All participants or their guardians signed consent forms. We evaluated them by several clinical scales, including basic information,MRI safety scale,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(17-items),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale. Then they were scanned by f MRI sequences. We used SPSS software to analyze GHR-SZ and HC groups clinical data.Using probabilistic maps to divide hippocampal into 3 subregions(CA?DG?subiculum). We preprocessed the data by DPABI V2.3 toolbox based on SPM8 on Matlab 2011 a platform, then constructed functional connectivity between the whole brian and hippcampal subregions..Post-hoc were used SPSS(Bonferroni—corrected;differences were considered significant at p<0.05.Results:(1)Cornu Ammonis connected circle rs FC were significantly different among three groups in right striatum ? left Caudate ? anterior cingulate(ACC)/ the right supplementary motor area(SMA).Right striatum?ACC/SMA were significantly different in both SZ patients and GHR-SZ.left Caudate was significantly different in SZ patients. No circle was significantly different in GHR-SZ.(2)Dentate Gyrus connected circle rs FC were significantly different among three groups in: right striatum, right ACC/SMA,right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC),right postcentral.Right striatum, right ACC/SMA,right DLPFC were significantly different in both SZ patients and GHR-SZ.Right postcentral was significantly different in SZ patients. No circle was significantly different in GHR-SZ.(3)subiculum connected circle rs FC were significantly different among three groups in: Right striatum,ACC,right DLPFC,right and the right orbitofrontal cortex(OFC)were significantly different in both SZ patients and GHR-SZ.No circle was significantly different in SZ patients.OFC was significantly different in GHR-SZ.Conclusion:(1)the abnormality of rs-FC between CA?DG?subiculum subregions and striatum?ACC,between DG?subiculum and DLPFC have already shown in SZ and GHR-SZ groups. The abnormality may suggest the heredity—related neurodevelopment problem for schizophrenia.(2)The abnormality of rs-FC between CA and striatum, between DG and Right postcentral may suggest the disease-related alterations.(3)The abnormality of rs-FC between subiculum and right OFC may suggest associated with resilience or as a compensatory mechanism...
