Objective: This study was designed to explore the relationship between atrial fibrillation and c-reactive protein& helicobacter pylori,by observing the difference of the atrial fibrillation group and the control group's hs CRP levels and helicobacter pylori positive rate. Methods: Select patients from Second People's Hospital of Chengdu on January 1,2017 to December 1,2017,who were eliminated the patients with acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, heart valve disease, congenital heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, connective tissue diseases, diseases of alimentary canal such as peptic ulcer and acute or chronic infection.A total of 68 cases whose electrocardiography results were atrial fibrillation were included in AF group.Other 53 cases of normal electrocardiography results were included in control group.121 entrants are dawn extract 5 ml peripheral venous blood and send to Second People's Hospital of Chengdu's clinical laboratory, using Kingsair kit(i.e.type liquid reagent)by super sensitive c-reactive instrument to measure the hs CRP level. All participants were tested C14 exhalation test for HP infection by HIGHER WAY HUBT-20 P HP tester after fasting or two hours of food in the morning. The difference of hs CRP level and HP positive rate between the two groups was compared, and the correlation between AF and hs CRP?HP infection was analyzed. Results: 1.The HP positive rate of the atrial fibrillation group(52.9%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(34.0%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The hs CRP level of the atrial fibrillation group(5.87±9.10 mg/L)was significantly higher than that in the control group(1.98±2.83 mg/L).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 The results of the two-classification Logistic regression model showed that HP,hs CRP,LAD and IMT(right)were related to the occurrence of AF.4.The ROC curve results showed that both hs CRP and LAD were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the area under the ROC curve was 0.779 and 0.942 respectively.5.The optimal boundary value of hs CRP and LAD for determining AF was 2.25mg/L and 35.5mm respectively according to the udon index. Conclusion: 1.AF patients have higher HP positive rate,hs CRP level? It means AF patients could keep the body in a state of mild inflammatory reaction after the infection of HP.2.Patients who have the increase of hs CRP level, the infection of HP,the increase of LAD and carotid artery plaque may be higher occurrence rate of AF.Atrial fibrillation may be associated with hypersensitive C-reactive protein and helicobacter pylori.3.The optimal value of hs CRP and LAD as the prediction index of AF was 2.25mg/L and 35.5mm respectively, and the prediction efficiency of LAD was probably greater.
