Osteoporosis is a relatively common bone metabolic disease in the elderly population,vulnerable to bone fragility,which can lead to fracture or paralysis in the elderly.But the etiology of osteoporosis is very complex,researchers have found its association with the growth of age,endocrine factors,family factors,living environment and nutrition conditions,but there is no specific evidence that one factor is the dominant role.in recent years,epidemiological and clinical find the bone vascular tissue is the bridge between the surrounding tissue of bone,think that vascular diseases such as cardiovascular disease and human bone density loss have implicated,but did not explain the intrinsic mechanism between vascular disease and osteoporosis.Therefore,in this paper,a noninvasive technique for monitoring blood oxygen metabolism in muscle tissues is used to study the relationship between blood circulation and perfusion and osteoporosis.In this paper,using the blood oxygen magnetic resonance imaging to study the elderly women in HK,finally 99 subjects were obtained.In order to solve the deformation of image sequences caused by irregular breathing and muscle contraction.Using a multi-level contour registration method based on B-Spline registration.In order to solve the error accumulation caused by the adjacent registration and make mismatch of some parts in the sequence image by the use of a single template registration mode.I use the pseudo real sequence image,which can make full use of image information and reduce the accumulated error time series of images at the same time.In the semi quantitative analysis process,in order to reduce the manual ROI selection errors,combined the method of vascular point tracking and point wise pixel analysis,which eliminates high brightness curves with vascular point and abnormal curves caused by cuff inflation.Finally,the characteristic parameters are analyzed by means of statistical analysis and regression analysis.From the statistical analysis of the characteristic parameters of different muscle groups and bone mineral density groups.It is found that the parameter of MIV,HPV and Slope have significant difference in the statistical analysis of characteristic parameters,Different types of skeletal muscle have great differences in blood oxygen signals,and slow muscle soleus has higher density capillary than other muscles,showing stronger oxygen consumption capacity.It is also found that the ability of oxygen consumption and blood perfusion of soleus muscle have a significant effect on the production of osteoporosis independently,indicating that the changes of blood circulation in bone marrow and bone surrounding tissue is one of the incentives of osteoporosis.
